Just installed yesterday, and using the free version, but we had a small glitch and the customer service was super quick and they updated the code to help with our situation!

This app never worked properly, and team never tried to resolve the issue properly and just kept saying there was no issue. I have contacted the developer who is still charging me monthly even though the app has been uninstalled. They told me to contact Shopify...... Juan - please refund me immediately.
