This app never worked properly, and team never tried to resolve the issue properly and just kept saying there was no issue. I have contacted the developer who is still charging me monthly even though the app has been uninstalled. They told me to contact Shopify...... Juan - please refund me immediately.

literally nothing works in the app, the widget doesnt show, the products do not tag, ad you can't even link it as a business insta account as it says their app is not active and the developer is aware. waste of time

This app is a total disappointment! It never works properly, and the team refuses to address the issues, repeatedly claiming there's no problem. Even though I've been a paying customer for almost two years now, Juan treats me as a free user and limits my account even paying for it. It's frustrating and unacceptable. I expected better service and support. Don't waste your time or money on this app. Look for alternatives that value their customers and actually deliver on their promises.
