Great app! Sadly, for so long, I didn't understand all that we could do with the platform. I was only utilizing a very small fraction of what we could do. I reached out with a question on how to do something, and Fede and Guy went above and beyond in showing me the possibilities and even setting up examples. It was clear how strong their knowledge of UGC and social proof was for a small business like ours. Now, I have the ability to look like the big dogs. Speaking of the big dogs, I wasn't treated any less by Guy or Fede because we weren't a huge company. The genuinely were interested about my business, and plotting out what would work wonderfuly for us. It wasn't planned originally for 2026, but now figuring out how to fully implement all the offerings of Sauce for our shoppers is at the forefront of our mission. Because of the them being in a different zone (5 hours ahead of us), sometimes there can be a little delay in response, but everything is always addressed and responded to.

We've been using Sauce for the past three months, and it's been a fantastic tool for making our website more interactive, engaging, and insightful. The team has been incredibly helpful and responsive—no task was too big or too small.
