Lovely tool easy to use and a great way to quickly boost your store’s visibility on Bing. The support is excellent as well. We discovered a URL issue that wasn’t related to the InstaIndex tool, but Raj went the extra mile to investigate and point us in the right direction to resolve it. Thank you, Raj!

I used to have this app a while ago and recently reinstalled and found so many more new options and features. These Technical Support guys are super knowledgeable and responsive. They fixed some issues related to schema markup that no one else could help me with . They are constantly implementing new features and options including for indexing, basic SEO and AI SEO and many more. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!!!

ATTN: This is a genuine review. No payments, perks prompts or pressure. This is solely based on my own personal experience with InstaIndex. I am as equally grateful as I am impressed from a consumer and business owner perspective. In addition to this tool being remarkable and in my honest opinion essential for online businesses—the additional layer of what separates InstaIndex from the pack and gives it it's status for how it benefits our business is the absolutely unmatched, gold standard of customer support and communication. The team that you work with by using this service has been so far beyond helpful that I'm not sure a word exists for to articulate my satisfaction. The software itself is as pioneering as it is user friendly making it a champion for beginners to e-commerce veterans. You are dealing with developers that have sat in your seat and understand the needs for your operation and assistance sought after by new small business owners to master entrepreneurs. Raj and The InstaIndex Team met with me virtually to help me configure my software properly and efficiently. They exercised patience with assisting me on every single feature offered and how to maximize the benefits of the service—even while experiencing connectivity issues on my end; they were nothing short of understanding and helpful. No one was watching the clock and they were committed to educating me until we had completed our entire tutorial. This review may seem long-winded so I'll try to wrap it up, but all this needs to be said—especially regarding the characteristics that need to be highlighted, because the quality of support and guidance I received from InstaIndex was second-to-none. We installed this app, hoping it would help with indexing; however, it not only doubles Shopify's indexing but also slows the store's speed. We tried contacting customer support, but they responded only after a few hours. The support chat widget is not working. You can only send a message there; there is no way to receive a chat response. We have decided to uninstall the app and request compensation for the paid subscription.
We’re really sorry this felt frustrating. We replied to your support request in under two hours by email and also offered a video call to help, but unfortunately haven’t heard back yet. The duplicate submissions you saw are very likely caused by another IndexNow app running alongside ours, and using a single, officially supported IndexNow solution prevents this. The core IndexNow feature does not add any code to store pages. Only optional features like Schema or Instant Navigation add very lightweight code, and these load only if enabled. We’d still be happy to review your setup, help resolve what you were seeing, and discuss compensation as requested.

Fast Indexing = Faster Traffic Results! As a new online store owner, getting discovered on search engines quickly is super important to me—and InstaIndex made that happen. It helps get my pages indexed by Google way faster than waiting around for it to happen naturally.
