Awful. Does not work. implemented three times. Engaged ENABLE three times.....and still after 48 hours as if i did nothing. Save your money

We installed this app, hoping it would help with indexing; however, it not only doubles Shopify's indexing but also slows the store's speed. We tried contacting customer support, but they responded only after a few hours. The support chat widget is not working. You can only send a message there; there is no way to receive a chat response. We have decided to uninstall the app and request compensation for the paid subscription.

We’re really sorry this felt frustrating. We replied to your support request in under two hours by email and also offered a video call to help, but unfortunately haven’t heard back yet. The duplicate submissions you saw are very likely caused by another IndexNow app running alongside ours, and using a single, officially supported IndexNow solution prevents this. The core IndexNow feature does not add any code to store pages. Only optional features like Schema or Instant Navigation add very lightweight code, and these load only if enabled. We’d still be happy to review your setup, help resolve what you were seeing, and discuss compensation as requested.
