Instant feels more like a professional frontend builder than just another page builder app. Highly recommended for anyone serious about improving store design, AI, CRO, and workflow efficiency. Editor is fast, intuitive, and gives a lot more design freedom compared to most traditional Shopify builders. Being able to create highly custom landing pages, product AI pages, and sections without touching code is a huge advantage. Another major plus is the support team — genuinely one of the fastest and most helpful support experiences we’ve had on Shopify apps. They respond quickly, explain things clearly, and actually help solve issues instead of sending generic replies. Highly recommend*****

so far so good - day 1 . real issue is page speed. I just switched from Gem pages and so far the speed is better. the building is harder. Not a bad thing TBH it is deeper so there is a learning curve. Support is solid. I'd be lost with out them.

couldn't cancel still being charged for useless bullshit
Hi, we're sorry your experience was a frustrating one. Looking back at our records, we saw your support ticket and refunded you in full as soon as you reached out. The continued billing happened due to how Shopify's billing periods work, which can result in charges being processed after an app is canceled. As the app vendor, this is unfortunately outside of our control, but we've relayed the feedback to Shopify in the hope it gets improved for merchants going forward.
