Instant allows us to bring our exact vision to life without any developers or code. We can ship updates and optimise our conversion rate on our own, and as a new brand with limited resourcing and a trust gap to bridge this is SO important. The support team have been incredibly fast to respond and have actually gotten hands on with our theme and account to help us resolve any issues we have had. The platform itself is intuitive, flexible and miles ahead of other page builders we’ve tried from a UX perspective. It genuinely feels like Framer for Shopify. Highly recommend.

The support is next level when something doesn't work they dive in and help find the problem. 99% of the time its intuitive and just works, the remaining 1% of the time there's someone there eager to help.
The interface is good but the AI is horrible.
