Hi, we're sorry for the frustration and want to help. Please reach out to [email protected]. To clarify: all app billing is handled directly by Shopify, not by us. We can't subscribe, charge, or unsubscribe anyone ourselves. Only the store owner or a staff member with sufficient permissions can start a subscription, and Shopify requires them to approve the charge first. We can see the app was installed and active at one point, and the subscription has since ended, so no further charges should occur. This was likely an accidental install. Contact us, and we'll make sure it's fully resolved.
