The SyncBase team had excellent, prompt communication, executed my customization -including thorough testing- exactly as i requested, and did so very quickly (within a week... i wasn't in a rush). I will be using them for additional custom work now that the critical integration with AirTable and its forms are complete.

Incredibly intuitive and setup was easy. We needed it specifically for 2-way syncing inventory but I'm impressed with all the other features. Happy that this will be a product that we'll be able to continue to scale into. Also, 5-stars for their customer support. I hit a snag during setup and was on a video call with them the next day to sort through it. Lovely team. Patient and SUPER helpful. We had everything running smoothly in less than 30 minutes.
