Just not what was advertised, going back to Make.com. it will create its own limited airtable for shopify if you dont mind conforming all your systems to its format and layout but using your own airtable just isnt working - and a painful AI bot... that keeps promoting more spend to hire them to do the work... or just go to Upwork
Hi Jon, we’re sorry to hear SyncBase didn't meet your expectations. We typically see users switching from n8n or Zapier because they find our interface much more intuitive. However, every workflow is unique, and sometimes it takes more than a few minutes to see the full value. Our AI chatbot provides immediate support, but our team always follows up personally to ensure everything is on track. We’d still love to help you get set up via a founder call. And as explained, for complex, 'done-for-you' implementations, we do offer professional services, as our team’s dedicated time is a paid add-on.
This team will fight for you to help you get what you need and earn your five star review. For most stores, their one click sync is all you need. I'm likely a more unique shop with hundreds of products, and as I sell footwear, each product has dozens of variants. Since my original review, I've hit some major complications, but again, this is likely because I've got several products and variants. It's been exhausting to find a tool to help me manage my inventory in Airtable, but SyncBase is a fantastic product built by an excellent team. Other tools I've tested have clunky onboarding, slow support, or missing key features, but after some work, I'm able to find what I need in a reasonable manner. Their 10 day free trial is more than enough time to get the foundation in place.
The app has huuuge functions and the connection with airtable seems really good, the service is great too! I just downloaded this app becauce shopify suggested me this app, as i can edit my categorys in shopify in bulk + the metafields of category. Sadly the function is not available yet, but the team wants to integrate it, so i wait hopefully not long and the function will be available. Will come backthen, thanks.
