Easy install, seamless integration, quick setup. Support was quick and painless. A little spendy but for an all in one solution its probably worth it.

Updating the review - because the team helped me a lot again dealing with some issues I did not understand. Great work! The got my back Absolutely the best team I`ve worked with across the shopify ecosystem. These guys not only got the best search engine product, they also went not an extra mile - but extra 100 miles in helping me set up my store exactly how I wanted it. If you care about your customer experience on your store and need someone trusted to help you get there - it is Instant Search +. They helped along the way got results. Search is not an area where you want to be mediocre.

These are the reasons why you should implement this search on your store: 1) very good search engine - both finds the items your customer is looking and makes good near close suggestions based on the words. 2) recommendation widget - although this feature is not immediately apparent from the product description, it also includes 4 recommendation widgets which you can put in the "related products" position on your product pages. This saves you the cost of buying this service through another app. It saved us $30 per month. Also, since the search engine gathers data about what people want to see through the searches, this data is being used in the recommendation widgets. 3) customer service - the customer service is excellent. They reply to all of your inquiries. I've sent them a few. Each was answered with consideration and promptness. Bottom LIne: Best search engine we've had to date. If you have a lot of products, you need this on your Shopify store. **UPDATE: after a year of using the search, we find it speedy, efficient, and highly suggestive. We still recommend it highly!

So far its been a great app to work with. Its more than just search as it allows you to have better control over filters on your browse pages and has a nice product recommendation widget for PDP pages. Ed and the team were super responsive to address an issue I was having. They even put in an enhancement for me in a matter of days. I highly recommend

Amazing, cant believe we didn't get this years ago!

We have used this for sometime and are very happy with the product. We recently had an issue with the search results appearing when someone typed into our online chat popup (another third party program). This was resolved quickly.

I do like Instant Search +, dont get me wrong, it's a really really good search index that works absolutely flawless most of the time. My issue is the pricing, i have a relatively small shop and i HAVE to shell out 20$ per month because i have alot of products listed and i find it heavily overpriced for what i'm getting. While i was in the trial i could at least Sync the data on demand, now that i'm paying i dont have this option anymore. So whenever i change prices i have to live with the fact that people will see the WRONG prices in search until the next day. They will also not see newly added products until the app decides to sync the next day by itself. That is unfortunately a huge bummer for any business that changes it's products / prices quite fast. The solution is simple... spend even more money so i can sync on demand. But i'm not willing to do that, as i already find the price borderline acceptable for what volume we have. Anyways... the app itself is great, the separation of features for small clients like me is very unfortunate and i cannot recommend it under these circumstances for anyone who works at low margins. Pricingplans that take away core features which are convenient are a thing of the past. Until sync on demand is in the cheaper plans this app is a 3 / 5 in my book unfortunately. I expect this as a core functionality from a Search App. Otherwise it doesnt work correctly simple as that. (And i'm not even having the cheapest plan mind you!) 3 / 5

This is an absolutely must-have app for any growing and successful store. Support is the epitome of perfection and we're honoured to have Instant Search + as a valuable asset and integral part of our on-line infrastructure.

So far so good. We are new to Instant Search+ but I can definitively say it blows shopify's native search, and our first app solution, completely out of the water. The best feature by far is automatic correction of typos and spelling errors - probably not quite as robust as Google's, but it's the same idea and is very, very useful. I also found the "AutoComplete" search suggestions to be faster and more functional than our previous app solution. It integrates well, and the tech support is superb. A really great value.

Instant Search + is a fine app.

It's working great! Simple to install and configure. Quick support. We have it just for 2 days, but it looks it's doing what's suppose to do.
