It's working great! Simple to install and configure. Quick support. We have it just for 2 days, but it looks it's doing what's suppose to do.

Great search app that has made our site search much more useful. Ed is very responsive to support emails. And its very easy to use.

Love the search functionality it adds to our site. We had a little bit of an issue but as soon as we reached out to their support team it was fixed! Thanks guys. Great app!

Wow! There's too many great features to point out. I'll point out some. We have 20,000 variants and wanted something that would just work out of the box and give us Amazon like search functionality, but also allow us granular control over what our customers would see for certain queries. 1. It is very easy to setup. 2. Granular control over search, totally customizable. 3. Top notch support. Seriously. We had several questions along the way and a couple of minor modifications we wanted to make. The support is pretty stellar. Very helpful and insightful. 4. Lightning fast. We wanted something that would return instantaneous results and highly accurate. ISP does it. Couldn't ask for a better search solution and we looked at them all on shopify.

This app is great. At first, the advaned search results page did not work correctly with our customized theme but the great support staff at InstantSearch+ was able to get it working correctly in no time at all. We can already see that this is saving our customers time and really adding value to our shopify store. If you have lots of products in your store this app is a must have.

Current review My initial review is below. Good things first - support is outstanding. Product really sucks. The app rolls out features without really testing things out and tries to load paying customer to do the testing job for them. End results - we have had site wide disruption twice so far. Did not receive a proper response or redressal. The app directly starts messing with the theme code without your knowledge. Given that the features are not tested properly, it almost always leads to disrupting your normal course of business. After a recent update, the app erased all the settings on the theme. Basically, it caused a down time of over 8 hours during our peak business time. Overall, very risky app to have if you are serious website. Other things are the bad UI/UX and buggy over all implementation. The product intent is good, but implementation is buggy and paid customers are just guinea pigs for testing. --- Initial review This app has really exceeding our expectations. We were looking for something that fast, reliable, responsive and with a clean UI. This app fits the bill perfectly. The best thing so far has been the quality of support. The team has been extremely responsive. Ed especially seems to be always on and responds pretty fast. Any minor issues that we identified were fixed pretty much in a matter of less than an hour. We have been using app for almost a month now and would recommend the app whole heartedly to all the startups out there. Similar solutions are close to $500 per month, so to me its a no brainer. My whole hearted 5 stars to this app!

Instant Search+ is hands down the best app we have installed on Shopify. It installed within minutes and everything just worked. When we had questions – their support was 10 out of 10. There should never be more than 3 clicks to get to a product on an eCommerce site and InstantSearch+ can help reduce it down to a single click.

Must-have app. Anyone who has run a site for any length of time knows Shopify's native search is atrocious. InstantSearch does exactly what it says it will, is easy to install and customize, and the support is fabulous. These days sites without predictive search seem outdated, so it instantly modernizes your site. No site should be without this app.

Works exactly as it should. Would be 4 stars due to some limited customisation options (which are currently in the works), BUT the excellent support from Ed negated this, customising from their end, earning the full 5 stars!
