A proper search has been a great addition to our store. Would recommend instant search. Easy to set up and reasonably priced.

We use Instant Search + on several shopify websites. One in particular we use langify and offer the site in both French and English. We were happy to see IS+ integrated with this. Unfortunately, I noticed right away that while we could search for products in French, it did NOT show collections in the search. I contacted the support team fully expecting to get a typical "This feature is not currently supported, I'll pass it along to our development team and hopefully this will be added in the future!" I was wrong. I spoke to a fellow by the name of Ed. Ed went above and beyond to provide me with a CUSTOM solution for our problem. He reached out and spoke with langify himself and devised a method using meta fields to fix our problem and get collections appearing via search in French. This is goes far beyond customer service. It's extremely encouraging to know a company you make such an investment with has your back when you need help.

Works great and allows customers to easily find our products. We discovered an issue with our theme not integrating properly and I put in a ticket with the app on a Friday afternoon and got a response within an hour or two. I got several updates while they were looking into the issue over the weekend and they gave us easy instructions to fix it first thing Monday morning. Very impressed with the support!

This search app is amazing. If the app can't do what you need they team is happy to work with you for a solution. They are always improving the product.

Decided to try it with the free trial, our site went over the free trial searches and we decided not to move to the paid plan for analytics times not being long enough and search limits too low for the price. After uninstalling I could not resume back to our normal Shopify search. Sent out a couple emails to help me "uninstall" and they said we have to "reinstall" the app to uninstall the app. Since we used up the free trial the only way to reinstall is to pay $150 monthly fee for the app. It's caused a tremendous amount of loss on our site. Sadly very disappointed how corruptive it has been. A free trial app should NEVER put a Shopify customer in this circumstance.

I am so happy I found this app. I installed this after trying 5 others... This one is BY FAR the best! We have a huge product catalog, and a custom built shopify website, but this app went in smoothly, and works GREAT. I can pinpoint any product I am looking for, and so can my customers. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced with any app. Every time I had a question they got back to me within an hour or two at most. EVEN in the middle of the night! WOW! What an absolutely horrific 24 hours that was. First, the app immediately starts engaging on the site and you can't disable it. Great, right? Not if it causes 404 errors all over the site and current apps to fail. Then, you rush to uninstall it after it wrecks through your site like a bulldozer, and the after effects remain! 404 errors for search results, broken apps throughout the site. The only way to get it to start working.... to reinstall the app and waste 2 hours of your life on the phone with support. I've tried hundreds, literally hundreds, of apps on Shopify and never has one been worse than this.

Great Service. This is one of the best app we have today. And the customer service was really good.

We used it and its good working no complains just to be fair. But going from 19 bucks per month to 149 for no reason ??? Even the customer support could'nt explain whats the added value behind that price pump... because there is just none .. Im sure there some plugins that have more fair prices in the marked its sad but we're out....

App embarrasses owners with a message that states your limit has reached ON THE MAIN WEBSITE, caused us to lose over 5 customers on the same day and 2 complaints!!!!!!! Never will install, free is not free it is an embarrassment

Fantastic customer support! They worked closely with us to create a custom search for filtering vehicle results. We're incredibly happy with the service and product they have provided us. We would definitely recommend their product. The filtering works great for search bar and collection pages as well. It's very simple to use.

This app is a no brainer if your store has a lot of products. The look-a-alike feature is awesome and does a great job of recommending similar products. If you take the time to add a lot of tags to your products, you can really develop great searching capabilities on your site to show customers exactly what they are looking for. Also, shoutout to Ed in customer service for all the help!

This app is great for search and more! Support is great! Quick to answer and useful info. UI is a bit confusing and analytics are limited for dates but otherwise 5/5.

We use this app to help our customers with their Product search. It brings up a slew of Products just by typing in one word or letter! It is amazing and makes buying on our site much easier for our customers! Way to Go! We will highly recommend this to any online retailer on Shopify!
