We use Instant Search + on several shopify websites. One in particular we use langify and offer the site in both French and English. We were happy to see IS+ integrated with this. Unfortunately, I noticed right away that while we could search for products in French, it did NOT show collections in the search. I contacted the support team fully expecting to get a typical "This feature is not currently supported, I'll pass it along to our development team and hopefully this will be added in the future!" I was wrong. I spoke to a fellow by the name of Ed. Ed went above and beyond to provide me with a CUSTOM solution for our problem. He reached out and spoke with langify himself and devised a method using meta fields to fix our problem and get collections appearing via search in French. This is goes far beyond customer service. It's extremely encouraging to know a company you make such an investment with has your back when you need help.

Works great and allows customers to easily find our products. We discovered an issue with our theme not integrating properly and I put in a ticket with the app on a Friday afternoon and got a response within an hour or two. I got several updates while they were looking into the issue over the weekend and they gave us easy instructions to fix it first thing Monday morning. Very impressed with the support!

I am so happy I found this app. I installed this after trying 5 others... This one is BY FAR the best! We have a huge product catalog, and a custom built shopify website, but this app went in smoothly, and works GREAT. I can pinpoint any product I am looking for, and so can my customers. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced with any app. Every time I had a question they got back to me within an hour or two at most. EVEN in the middle of the night! We've been using Instant Search for about 3 years now and it is a huge part of our e-commerce business. Easy to use and a very communicative support team that is definitely one of the standouts in the app universe here on Shopify. It's been a big contributor to the growth of our company too and has helped us grow roughly exponentially YoY since launching on Shopify The platform has so many easily customizable options that it truly is an out of the box solution and is what you make of it. Once you get the lay of the land in the admin panel, you realize that you can do everything that you need to. Another great feature is that most of the styling of the theme is automatically picked up in the app which makes for a seamless experience. We're now onto our second version of Apt2B.com launching soon and are taking ISP to new heights. We're excited to be partnered and are looking forward to seeing where things go with the app. Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer support! They worked closely with us to create a custom search for filtering vehicle results. We're incredibly happy with the service and product they have provided us. We would definitely recommend their product. The filtering works great for search bar and collection pages as well. It's very simple to use.

Superb search, superb support (Tnx Ed and team). I did pay for custom css and theme integration but it is seamless with the site and looks great. Faster than other searches and intelligent results. We have over 4k skus so essential app for us. We now have over 60k skus and I wouldn't be without IS+, just removed another recently bought app and added (with Danny's help) their recommendations and seen site load speed decrease by 30%- RESULT. Now have 80k skus and couldn't work without IS+, love the app, love their dev and support. Tnx

This app is a no brainer if your store has a lot of products. The look-a-alike feature is awesome and does a great job of recommending similar products. If you take the time to add a lot of tags to your products, you can really develop great searching capabilities on your site to show customers exactly what they are looking for. Also, shoutout to Ed in customer service for all the help!

This app is great for search and more! Support is great! Quick to answer and useful info. UI is a bit confusing and analytics are limited for dates but otherwise 5/5.

Great search app. Very versatile, and the best part is the support! If there's any issue you can't quickly solve yourself, the team is super easy to work with and responds quickly. I had an issue, and not only did they show me how to fix it in the future, they did a hands-on fix for me right away without me asking. Great service, great app.

We use this app to help our customers with their Product search. It brings up a slew of Products just by typing in one word or letter! It is amazing and makes buying on our site much easier for our customers! Way to Go! We will highly recommend this to any online retailer on Shopify!
