Started off fine, then disappeared from my page. The pictures would not show no matter how many times I refreshed the page. Used support once but still could not get it fixed.

the support is very terrible, I request for install the app, but they alway ask me to authorized accessaccess the admin page, and don't do any thing for me, and the respone is delay, I sent the email for them, usually get respone more than one week.
I am very sorry you had a negative experience. We did try to provide you with 1 day support. Unfortunately, as you know, we never received the access email so we could work on your store. I do appreciate the you tried to send it. But it seems this was out of our control. I think it is important to understand that during COVID, we have been working hard to look after our customers. However, there have been some temporary delays in giving immediate support. We are a small dedicated team, that at times have had to put family over work. None the less, we continue to strive to offer support to ALL customers, including those that use our service 100% free.

I have just set this up and it was so easy to do. The instructions are clear and the video support showing the steps too are brilliant.

We are sorry you had a bad experience. I did message you at the time to explain the cause of the issue. Thankfully, the problem was rectified quickly, though I do appreciate that sometimes quickly can't be quick enough! I am sorry if you were inconvenienced and I hope you managed to find a solution that worked for you.

Nice application, very easy to use and manage. It would be nice to have the option of automatic showing the latest photos from the feed.

It is very easy to use and connect to multiple instagram feeds and hashtags. You can add an instagram gallery to the product page when you tag a product

Functions and looks great with my store. The support staff promptly helped with getting the app to work with my theme.

Fantastic App, looks great, easy to install and they are super helpful with any questions. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because it does not allow you to do multiple galleries in different formats. (as is you can only do a 1 full gallery and 1 product gallery - if you wanted to add a second gallery you have to do some more complicated coding and even then you cant change the layout from the first gallery).

This is a great app! It is a nice way to highlight some of the best products/pictures from my instagram and it brings the products to life (instead of just the plain white background). Looks and works great!

I love this app!!! it looks great. it's free. it's easy to install and manage. and their support is more then fantastic! I wrote them my issue and in 30 min they answer me and the problem was already solved because they access on my shop to make the changes! what can I ask more?!? thanks

So I did a fair bit of research around the different apps out there that offered a shoppable instagram feed on my site. It was a little confusing navigating the landscape and the different options but I have to say both the price and the clear visibility of what instashop does convinced me to try it. It's an absolute win. If you're deciding whether to use this or not, just give it a go - it's great. I'm pretty crap at the tech side of things, but it's super easy to use and the minor problems I had trying to set up were dealt with super swiftly and with clear instructions from the support team (special shoutout to you Tom). An effortless 5 star rating, and the price is FAR AND AWAY more competitive than other who charge ridiculous amounts for this functionality with exactly the same result. Kudos to you Instashop, onwards and upwards!

Great App all around! Excellent layout and extremely easy to use. Setting up takes no time at all and if you're at all confused the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! They will also help with ideas on how to get the most out of this app which I was thankful for! Helped me create a specific look with app on my home page. Updating the content to your webstore is really easy. Customers can click and shop very easily. Great value for the price! Overall recommend!

UPDATE (26 March 2018) I've been using it for a few months now and they have great customer service, very responsive and helpful. The app is working really well and it is very easy to use and to update. They are improving the app very often. Great App. Excellent layout and extremely easy to use. Setting up takes 5 mins and updating the content is really easy and fast as well. Loads instagram pics from multiple accounts and lets you tag your products, and clients can click and shop very easily. Excellent customare service. They fixed a small bug within hours of me reporting it. Really satisfied with this app. Great value for money as well, their pricing is very reasonable.

Great app that keeps making me sales! I have just updated to the new version of InstaShop... I understand the team worked with InstaShop to make everything work faster and better and you can see the improvements. I have been using the Analytics tools recently - they are really useful. I can see what pictures are performing best. It actually tells me what pictures are doing well on Instagram too... which I didn't know about. But is really useful. We have been using this app since 2018 and it is still as brilliant as when I initially started using it. It has noticeably improved my sales conversion particularly going into the Christmas period. Previously customers where spotting something on Instagram and then struggling to find the product on my website. Now they can shop the look on my website it's so much simpler. Can't thank the instashop team as well for all the upgrades. They've all gone through smoothly and enhanced what was already great! One, still very happy customer!! Cant recommend highly enough !
