Great tool but impossible to get a response from support to upgrade our plan. 4 requests in 10 days, still waiting.

This has been a great app for all our A/B testing purposes and has a very intuitive and clean dashboard with options for customization. We recently ran into an issue where data on our landing page split test was not matching up with our store data. Upon opening a support ticket, Mike was extremely helpful and responsive, asking good follow up questions to get to the root issue. It turned out it was an issue in our store's code, but Carolyn and the Intelligems engineering team went above and beyond by taking the time to examine our site and not only quickly found the issue, but also fixed it that same day. Our test is running smoothly now and we plan to continue using this app for all our A/B testing needs.

Intelligent has been fantastic so far. We appreciate the ability to see direct impact that our A/B tests can have on monthly revenue projections and the flexibility in the types of tests we can run. Great for any growing ecom brand!

No support available, or you have to wait 48 hours for a response. Given the price of the app, there should be live support to help customers. As it is, you're on your own and have to figure things out yourself. I do not recommend

This app does exactly what I need it to do without a million confusing additional features.

Intelligems has been a fantastic addition to our testing stack. The platform is intuitive and straightforward to use, which makes running tests feel approachable rather than overwhelming. It’s given us more confidence in our decisions and helped us better understand how major and minor tweaks impact performance. The team has also been a standout. Rohan, AJ, Mike, and Christos have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and just genuinely great to work with. They’ve quickly helped us troubleshoot a few small issues and are always thoughtful in their approach. I've been doing CRO for the past 10 years and have yet to come across a tool as user friendly and intuitive as Intelligems is. As you know, getting a proper test to work with several different apps can be a headache. This tool made it easy for us, and we LOVE the rollout feature and the fact that we can track orders by SKU. It's not just the tech and features but the team behind this app that make it the best A/B testing tool I've ever personally used for Shopify!

I've been using Intelligems daily for well over a year now and have found it to be one of the most comprehensive and easy to use AB testing tools out there. Also, any time I find myself stuck setting up a test or understanding my results, I just reach out to their support team and get the most thorough and helpful responses! Shout out to Seiver for providing awesome and in depth explanations. Would recommend this app 10x over!

Intelligems has been one of the highest-ROI tools we’ve added to our stack. For the price, it’s honestly hard to beat. We’ve run dozens of tests through their platform and hundreds across other testing tools over the years, and nothing has come close in terms of impact and consistency. What stands out is how quickly you can move from idea to live experiment without friction. The insights are clear, the setup is straightforward, and the results translate directly into revenue, not vanity metrics. It’s rare to find software where the cost feels negligible compared to the upside, but this is one of them. If you care about real conversion lift and not just surface-level analytics, Intelligems is unquestionably the best testing platform we’ve used.

Frankly, given the price of the app, I find it OUTRAGEOUS that there is no chat support, only email. It's ridiculous, no follow-up, no help. It's better to find an app with support.

While we don’t currently offer live chat, all Intelligems customers have access to a dedicated Slack channel with our support team, in addition to email support. Although Slack isn’t instant in the same way as live chat, we actively monitor requests and always aim to respond and resolve issues as quickly as possible during business hours. Before Intelligems, we were using 3 different testing tools. Intelligems helped us cut down on SaaS cost while simultaneously updating our testing suite. The team is super responsive in Slack and always launching new features for us to try on our store. Thanks for helping us uncover those profit GEMS!

We’ve had a great experience with Intelligems. Our team has a mix of skill sets and backgrounds, and everyone has found the tool pretty easy and intuitive. It offers a solid variety of test types and integrates smoothly with our other Shopify apps. The customizable metrics have been especially helpful, and the automated feedback on phasing, test progress, and recommendations for sample sizing and timelines has provided valuable guidance throughout our experiments. The Intelligems team has also been excellent; they're responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to jump in when needed. They supported us through a particularly complex pricing test that had us stuck for days, going above and beyond to help us get it launched. We've found Intelligems to be a reliable and flexible experimentation tool that we’d be happy to use again in the future!

We've been using Intelligems for about 6 weeks now and are so impressed. It is faster for our end users, has fantastic reporting, and saves us so much in dev time by reducing our dependency on Javascript. Their support is top notch. Responsive, creative thinkers, and great to work with. They have quickly become an extension of our team.
