Great software that we've used many times and has continued to evolve and surpass expectation with new tools like Personalization and Klaviyo Integration. We have used it to provide data before making big decisions around programs, shipping costs, designs, etc....Great service and support staff, too. They don't leave you hanging after you sign an agreement and just point you to an FAQ for support, but actually provide meaningful help when you need it.

We’ve had a great experience with Intelligems so far. The platform itself is powerful and easy to use, but what really takes them to another level is their customer service. Fantastic app for running A/B tests, especially if you’re not a developer. Setup is straightforward, and it’s easy to launch and manage tests without much technical knowledge. You can break down performance by device, landing page, new vs returning visitors, and more. That makes it much easier to understand where a test is working, not just the headline result. One thing I’d recommend: take a bit of time to understand how A/B testing actually works beforehand. Concepts like statistical significance and false positives matter more than most people think. It’s very easy to call a winner too early if you’re not careful (I made that mistake several times). Overall, a very powerful tool once you know how to interpret the results properly.

Easy to launch tests without heavy dev work, though it requires solid traffic and a data-driven approach to get the most out of it. Highly recommended for brands focused on growth and profitability.

The best tool for ab testing I have used. I have made more than 800+ experiments. I have tried more than 5 ab testing tools. this is by fare the best tool I have tried. Great customer service too.

Great tool but impossible to get a response from support to upgrade our plan. 4 requests in 10 days, still waiting.

This has been a great app for all our A/B testing purposes and has a very intuitive and clean dashboard with options for customization. We recently ran into an issue where data on our landing page split test was not matching up with our store data. Upon opening a support ticket, Mike was extremely helpful and responsive, asking good follow up questions to get to the root issue. It turned out it was an issue in our store's code, but Carolyn and the Intelligems engineering team went above and beyond by taking the time to examine our site and not only quickly found the issue, but also fixed it that same day. Our test is running smoothly now and we plan to continue using this app for all our A/B testing needs.

No support available, or you have to wait 48 hours for a response. Given the price of the app, there should be live support to help customers. As it is, you're on your own and have to figure things out yourself. I do not recommend

Intelligems has been a fantastic addition to our testing stack. The platform is intuitive and straightforward to use, which makes running tests feel approachable rather than overwhelming. I've been doing CRO for the past 10 years and have yet to come across a tool as user friendly and intuitive as Intelligems is. As you know, getting a proper test to work with several different apps can be a headache. This tool made it easy for us, and we LOVE the rollout feature and the fact that we can track orders by SKU. It's not just the tech and features but the team behind this app that make it the best A/B testing tool I've ever personally used for Shopify!
