Intelligems: A/B Testing

Bought a 2000$/m plan, to wait almost 10 days for someone to set up testing for me, for it to still not work, for a team member to launch a test without verbal approval (with different pricing then the test I initially made) I really wanted to give it a shot, as we are enterprise and a high volume of orders a month. I have been using the other price test app; Elevate A/B for years, and they are just always one message away, help instantly, gives a long free trial for you to set up etc, and most of all no technical skills required where intelligems asked me to 'change some code' whilst I have 0 coding skills. In my opinion, elevate is faster, better, clearer, easier to set up & 4-5 times cheaper. I am sorry intelligems team, I really gave it a patience shot, but if you are high volume, testing can't wait for so long.

Great app - helped us see that reducing our prices slightly led to a 20%+ conversion rate, which will allow us to scale much faster across different channels. Team is very responsive and uses a slack channel to communicate quickly. Highly recommend - it's worth the cost.

The best all-in-one AB testing app on Shopify - hands down. Features from content, template, image, copy, checkout, cart, post-purchase! You name it, Intelligems does it. As someone in UI/UX who has used several AB testing platforms, Intelligems is second to none on interface/usability. Metrics from each test are clear and easy to see/filter with the famous Intelligems blue bars for testing results. In the very few times I've ever had to reach out for support, customer service/support has resolved my issue within the hour. I cannot recommend Intelligems enough!!

We run about 3 tests per month and love this - takes about 15 minutes to set up a test, and then the rest is easy. We also play with ABC tests, and mess with proportions a lot; I"d argue this might be the most valuable app we use today. Thanks folks!

We had an issue with variant selection not being correctly inferred on page load, which was impacting our price testing setup. The Intelligems team was very responsive and proactive in diagnosing the problem. Gustavo and the Solutions Team went the extra mile by reworking the integration on a separate theme and implementing the necessary modifications to ensure the correct variant is picked up from the start. The fix worked as expected, and everything is now running smoothly. Really appreciate the hands-on support and quick turnaround from the team. Great experience overall!

Top notch product, top notch support.

Great software that we've used many times and has continued to evolve and surpass expectation with new tools like Personalization and Klaviyo Integration. We have used it to provide data before making big decisions around programs, shipping costs, designs, etc....Great service and support staff, too. They don't leave you hanging after you sign an agreement and just point you to an FAQ for support, but actually provide meaningful help when you need it.
