Intelligems: A/B Testing

Intelligems has been one of the highest-ROI tools we’ve added to our stack. For the price, it’s honestly hard to beat. We’ve run dozens of tests through their platform and hundreds across other testing tools over the years, and nothing has come close in terms of impact and consistency. What stands out is how quickly you can move from idea to live experiment without friction. The insights are clear, the setup is straightforward, and the results translate directly into revenue, not vanity metrics. It’s rare to find software where the cost feels negligible compared to the upside, but this is one of them. If you care about real conversion lift and not just surface-level analytics, Intelligems is unquestionably the best testing platform we’ve used.

Incredible product and really strong, smart support team!

Frankly, given the price of the app, I find it OUTRAGEOUS that there is no chat support, only email. It's ridiculous, no follow-up, no help. It's better to find an app with support.

Before Intelligems, we were using 3 different testing tools. Intelligems helped us cut down on SaaS cost while simultaneously updating our testing suite. AMAZING SUPPORT!!! Such a solid platform with spectacular customer service. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about these awesome humans who provide customer support. They're incredibly fast to answer all questions. Seiver always replies with brief videos to make complex topics easy to grasp. Chris is such a great communicator and provides detailed responses. I’ve also interacted with few others and they’ve all been great. They're very hands-on if I'm stuck with something. They always follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved and I'm good to go. Jen generously offered me a list of suggestions to AB test. I even got a 10-minute video from their marketing lead with several recommendations on how to improve our mobile site. As a small business with limited resources, I really rely on these experts; they're godsent. Huge kudos. Keep up the great work.

Thanks to the app we were able to easily set up an A/B test for the checkout which, worked perfectly without any issues or bugs. There were 0 bugs, 0 lags, 0 interuptions all worked. Great Overview of what happens in the app. We now do 5% more revenue :) thanks a lot for their support which is super responsive.

Very buggy and test don't actually work even when support spend 2 months trying to make it work until I get tired and had to move on. Intelligems use to be the biggest one for A/B testing but nowadays they are just outdated compare to the new ones.
