Thanks to the app we were able to easily set up an A/B test for the checkout which, worked perfectly without any issues or bugs. There were 0 bugs, 0 lags, 0 interuptions all worked. Great Overview of what happens in the app. We now do 5% more revenue :) thanks a lot for their support which is super responsive.

Very buggy and test don't actually work even when support spend 2 months trying to make it work until I get tired and had to move on. Intelligems use to be the biggest one for A/B testing but nowadays they are just outdated compare to the new ones.

Genuinely love Intelligems. We've used all the testing apps/tools - this is hands down the best. It can do content, pricing, and shipping testing. Our CX team was scared about price testing - we didn't get a single ticket about it which is the ultimate testimate to a job and product well done. I'm a huge fan of Intelligems. After using Optimizely and VWO for years on SFCC, I think Intelligems has done a great job building a testing tool specifically for Shopify stores. They're UI is simplified but has all the things you need to run a for advanced testing program like mutually exclusive tests, custom tracking events and more. They've also been adding a ton of new AI enabled features on a monthly basis. On top of all that, they have the best customer service I've seen across my 15 years using SaaS vendors.

It's been great working with them! The team has been very helpful and solved issues or questions quick. What I especially like is that they integrate well with our headless store (NextJS). They have a fairly well documented npm package which makes it perfect for our use-case. So all in all, great experience!

App does exactly what it's supposed to do. It's easy to setup and run tests. Have easily increased our conversion rate through content testing and profit per order through price testing. Their customer support is also pretty insane. Without asking they Mike double checked a test I started and found a major issue with it. He let me know asap and I was able to fix it before it had a big negative impact. Very impressive!

One of the best and most seamless onboarding experiences I’ve had—hands down. Devlin Hagan and Mike Perdue were incredibly helpful, walking me through the app, answering every question, and offering great recommendations. We are headless on Shopify Hydrogen which makes all this A/B testing really tough, but Intelligems put in a ton of effort to enable headless support and help our dev team through the install and its working really well! Headless doesn't have full support of all the features, but the all the main features work great. It is seriously having an effect on our business and the teams general moral. We used to "fight" about things like should X item be $40 or $60. Now we just test it and everyone is happy. Its awesome. You need to really want to do this, and plan on doing it for at least 1 year, and dedicate time and dev to it, but if you you do, its worth it. Oh, and the team connects with us on slack (We are on a top tier so i think this is the premium support), and it's insanely helpful. They are great.

Really an excellent app, so easy to use and capable of so many crucial tests - all easily done within the app (no need for coding or tech skills). They have really awesome dashboards - I love the depth of data they show and all the graphs. Really an A++ app - I really did a lot of research to find the best one here and also the pricing is much more reasonable than the others. The pricing is always worth it because what you learn makes you so much more in profits.
