The Intellegems team is TOP NOTCH. Onboarding is simple and decently easy. Within one week I launched my first test, which was a shipping test and I instantly was able to add thousands of dollars per month in profit. On top of that, I got put on with Hannah, a dedicated employee who helps me set up my split tests. She is awesome, super smart, fast to respond and extremely reliable. I'll send her a split test idea and she'll have the test ready to go within 48 hours MAX. I've worked with many different service providers and/or apps but few match the quality, expertise, and speed of intellegems. 10/10 recommend. It's a no brainer!

Intelligems team is very responsive and hands-on, never felt like we were lost or struggling to implement and had things finalized and stood up within a couple of weeks where other integrations have taken months. (We are a headless storefront as well, so set up was more involved than a Shopify native store would have been. Still, made it rather easy and we are already working on customizations to help us get more of the data we need given unique circumstances.) Big thumbs up, great team and product.

The best tool and team for getting started with A/B testing. Super hands on support (onboarding, troubleshooting, and even strategy). The tool is easy to use, easy to understand the results, and I always know the Intelligems team will be there to help us out if needed. We've used it so far to test shipping rates and shipping minimums, something we've always been curious about and now we have data to back up our approach.

Intelligems is our go-to A/B testing software for Shopify. We started using it for price testing, and since then we've rolled out their content testing for our entire CRO program. It's been a pleasure to work with the team and we're continuing to see strong results using the platform. The final bit, I have to give a shoutout to the team for continuing to innovate - every month they're releasing new features.

If you believe in making solid decisions based on Data then dont look anywhere else. This App is incredible and it does what it says and more (they are constantly launching new tools). The CS team is superb as well. In this ever changing economic times, having control over profits and revenue and being able to test and track the effect of price/copy changes has been of incredible value to our organization.

Intelligems helped us test the key elements of our offer that are otherwise very difficult to experiment on. Typically testing prices, volume discounts, and shipping charges or free shipping thresholds leads to murky results as it's difficult to offer the customer a seamless experience through the funnel or you have to do pre/post type analysis which can have many pitfalls. Intelligems made this super easy. They deeply integrate with Shopify to create clean variations from ads all the way to checkout. The level of support from the team is outstanding. Very accessible on slack and it feels like I'm talking to a product owner who knows their tech very well in every interaction. Great team, product, and experience overall.

In short, and I don't say this lightly -- Intelligems has been a game changer for improving our business! We've been running on Shopify Plus for nearly five years; for most of this period, we had a rather uninspiring set of testing tools to employ. Google Optimize was a decent solution for front-end and content optimization, but with the upcoming sunset we've been in search of a tool that combines ease of function with affordability; price and theme testing was manual and annoying. Intelligems is a truly comprehensive suite of testing tools that makes optimizing nearly any part of our ecommerce experience a breeze. I've been delighted by the core functionality as well as the responsiveness of the team. This is the rare ecommerce SaaS tool that will measurably pay for itself in short order, and I recommend Intelligems to every ecommerce operator serious about conversion and margin optimization (i.e all of us)!

Intelligems is a critical part of our tech stack. In the platform, price and shipping testing were easy to implement. It also made it easy to measure profit impact to the business. Now, with their new campaigns feature, we've been able to better understand the impact of sales with our customers, and I'm excited to keep building there. Intelligems has fundamentally changed our business for the better! In just 3 weeks, we doubled our conversion rate and got our FB ads to work like the pre-IOS days. Without a doubt, Intelligems has become an indispensable tool in our arsenal, and I wholeheartedly give it a well-deserved 5-star rating! If we could give this 10 stars, we would! Intelligems has been an awesome app from the very beginning, and the support (Hannah in particular) has been perfect, providing recommendations, setting up tests, checking everything is running correctly, and being responsive and so helpful for any questions or issues we've had. The tests have also been incredibly insightful for us and played a huge part in our CRO journey. Couldn't recommend it enough - thanks Intelligems!

Integrates seamlessly with Shopify. Setup was quick and easy with the detailed guides that are available on the developers website. When I did encounter a problem the support always went out of their way to help me within hours. Great app!
