Intelligems helped us test the key elements of our offer that are otherwise very difficult to experiment on. Typically testing prices, volume discounts, and shipping charges or free shipping thresholds leads to murky results as it's difficult to offer the customer a seamless experience through the funnel or you have to do pre/post type analysis which can have many pitfalls. Intelligems made this super easy. They deeply integrate with Shopify to create clean variations from ads all the way to checkout. The level of support from the team is outstanding. Very accessible on slack and it feels like I'm talking to a product owner who knows their tech very well in every interaction. Great team, product, and experience overall.

In short, and I don't say this lightly -- Intelligems has been a game changer for improving our business! We've been running on Shopify Plus for nearly five years; for most of this period, we had a rather uninspiring set of testing tools to employ. Google Optimize was a decent solution for front-end and content optimization, but with the upcoming sunset we've been in search of a tool that combines ease of function with affordability; price and theme testing was manual and annoying. Intelligems is a truly comprehensive suite of testing tools that makes optimizing nearly any part of our ecommerce experience a breeze. I've been delighted by the core functionality as well as the responsiveness of the team. This is the rare ecommerce SaaS tool that will measurably pay for itself in short order, and I recommend Intelligems to every ecommerce operator serious about conversion and margin optimization (i.e all of us)!

Intelligems is a critical part of our tech stack. In the platform, price and shipping testing were easy to implement. It also made it easy to measure profit impact to the business. Now, with their new campaigns feature, we've been able to better understand the impact of sales with our customers, and I'm excited to keep building there. Intelligems has fundamentally changed our business for the better! In just 3 weeks, we doubled our conversion rate and got our FB ads to work like the pre-IOS days. If we could give this 10 stars, we would! Intelligems has been an awesome app from the very beginning, and the support (Hannah in particular) has been perfect, providing recommendations, setting up tests, checking everything is running correctly, and being responsive and so helpful for any questions or issues we've had. The tests have also been incredibly insightful for us and played a huge part in our CRO journey. Couldn't recommend it enough - thanks Intelligems!

Integrates seamlessly with Shopify. Setup was quick and easy with the detailed guides that are available on the developers website. When I did encounter a problem the support always went out of their way to help me within hours. Great app!

incredible app and unparalleled customer service. Firstly, the technology that intelligems uses to spilt test price compared to its competitors is far superior. Doesn't slow down your site and ensures a congruent UX for users seeing the split test. Secondly, the team is super helpful. They helped me install the code snippets on my theme because the automatic installation wouldn't work on my unique theme. They also provided tons of insight into running a great split-test. I've used tons of split test apps over the last 8 months, and in the last 2 weeks with intelligems I was able to get far better results than with their competitors in the last 8 months combined.

Great app and great team. This app enables you to test out core business model hypotheses like pricing and volume discounts. Instead of speculating which price is the best for your business, you can now just test it. With proper setup, you can directly analyze the test results in terms of profit, up to CM2. For us, this means that we can easily set up a new test within a few minutes, let it run and all top-line and bottom-line analytics are performed by the app automatically. No additional calculations needed. It's not a cheap app - but it's worth the money.

We hadn’t revisited pricing in a long time and wanted to approach it scientifically so we used Intelligems to test prices and ended up changing our price point. Afterwards, we used Intelligems’ volume discounts feature to test our discount tiers / amounts. The analytics make it easy to see exactly how the tests are affecting user behavior and your store’s bottom line.
