We have been using Interparcel for some time now and have been happy with both their service and pricing. Samantha has been fantastic to deal with. Her customer service is excellent, and she regularly checks in throughout the year to see how things are going and to make sure we are prepared for upcoming busy and quieter periods. Having a consistent point of contact who understands our business and shipping needs makes a big difference. General customer service is good. At times responses and follow-ups are a little slower than we would like, but overall our experience has been positive. Interparcel offers competitive pricing, a good range of courier options and a service that works well for our business.
