The shipping cost is very competitive, but the app’s support experience is quite poor. I have two major issues that are deal-breakers for me: Imported Orders Not Fetched Shopify Marketplace Connect imported orders from Amazon and eBay are not automatically fetched. This requires manual entry for each order. Other shipping apps handle these imported orders without any issues. Interparcel Reference Tracking Numbers Not Supported by Shopify or Amazon or eBay. Interparcel reference tracking numbers are not supported by the Shopify Tracking App due to Cloudflare. As a result, the Shopify order shipment status remains stuck at “Tracking added” and does not update. Workaround: I currently have to manually copy and paste the native carrier’s tracking number for each order. Suggested Improvement: I would like an option when making a booking to choose whether to update the order using the carrier’s tracking number. Ideally, this could be: A one-time choice per booking, or A default setting applied to all orders, or Rules that can be configured to automatically use the carrier’s tracking number.
