I moved over to Interparcel after Sendle went bust, and it's been like night and day. Onboarding and integration support, discounted rates (after I boycott Aramex) with all remaining couriers to suit, the live chat is well above average (as you're able to chat with a human during business hours), and cases are all followed up via email. I've been assigned an account manager who seemingly goes above and beyond to close claims, price match large/bulk shipment quotes, check in to see how things are going and how they can improve. In a world of e-commerce, A.I. chat, and a diluted market for couriers, this platform is user friendly, ever improving and has been fantastic. Highly recommend.
