We've used Intuitive Shipping for a few years now— migrated over from ShipperHQ— and it has been incredibly helpful for us and our business as we grow. We had some difficulties with ShipperHQ and Intuitive solved them. In addition, they have incredibly speedy customer support which is a game changer when working with an element of the customer shopping experience where every second matters. Couldn't recommend Intuitive Shipping more!

Any new Shopify store owner knows that you don't realize you need a shipping integration in your data stack until you need it, and then it's an all-hands-on-deck situation. Such an overlooked part of ops. Cannot speak highly of Intuitive: their capabilities, versatility and customer success support is unmatchable. Brandon from team is a gem - any time, any scenario, he's got the answer. You can always tell how good and reliable a business is when their representative shows you the depth of knowledge and excitement in every answer - Brandon truly exemplifies that. 5-stars all the way. No doubt about it.

We have been using the app for years now and we have never had any issues. The team is always available if we need to make a change to our settings and is always very helpful. Would recommend the app to anyone looking to customize their shipping rates.

Super friendly staff and they helped me through the technical onboarding and configuration on multiple occasions. We migrated from BigCommerce/ShipperHQ and had a rather complicated scenario to setup. They were available via Zoom to walk me through some of the obstacles, which is so much better than the competitor which refuses to get on a call and forces you to get support/implementation help through tedious email. We saved money and I feel the end result improved our checkout!
