Our store had experimented with multiple rating schemes in the past, but we could never achieve the desired outcome. Intuitive Shipping has changed everything. Not only has Intuitive Shipping tackled our complex rating scheme with absolute ease, but enhanced it further to better dial in accurate rates. Beyond app functionality, Intuitive Shipping clearly has an outstanding team - our onboarding and technical assist contact (Chelsey) provided superior service, is highly knowledgeable, and perhaps the best tech-rep we have ever worked with.

Intuitive Shipping has been a game-changer for us. The biggest standout is the customer service, genuinely responsive, patient, and willing to dig in with you to get even the most specific edge-case rules working correctly. They don’t just point you to a help article; they actually help you solve the problem. On the product side, the flexibility is seriously impressive. If you have multiple warehouses, different shipping methods, product categories, thresholds, zones, packaging logic, or “if this, then that” conditions, Intuitive Shipping can usually handle it. We were able to build out a wide range of real-world scenarios that most shipping apps simply can’t accommodate. With that said, all that power comes with some complexity. If your setup is more than basic flat-rate shipping, expect a learning curve. My advice: plan time for thorough testing of every scenario (and combinations of scenarios) before you go live. Once it’s set, it work perfectly, but it’s worth validating everything end-to-end to avoid surprises at checkout. Overall: powerful, flexible, and backed by top-tier support. Highly recommended if you need advanced shipping logic and want a team that will actually help you get it right.

After some issues with shipping at checkout, we reached out to Intuitive Shipping to troubleshoot the problem. Michael at tech. support was diligent and persistent in resolving the issue, even going so far as to walking me through a complicated migration process at UPS, which should be the responsibility of UPS, not Intuitive Shipping. All in all, speaking to a human being via Zoom was wonderful, a refreshing throwback to resolving a tech. issue. Michael went above and beyond and is a major reason why we will continue to use Intuitive. Great job all around. Thank you!

Have been using Intuitive Shipping for a few years now. Shipping has always been the biggest hurdle in our business and finding a good shipping app partner was essential. After a number of failed attempts with other systems we found Intuitive Shipping. Their flexible system works so well with our non-standard needs and their service is exceptional! This is what really sets them apart and is hard to find these days! From the initial set up to troubleshooting issues that arise further down the track, the assistance is prompt, professional and thorough. They are problem solvers and will find a way and resolve issues to make it work for you. Huge thanks in particular to Paul Cann for the initial set up and being so knowledgeable, patient & persistent to find solutions to work for us - if we could give 10 stars that would not be enough! Big thanks also to Greg in customer support and the dev team for fast and efficient service to troubleshoot, find and resolve issues quickly. Greg responded quickly to our problems and kept us updated regularly and the dev team worked on finding a fix quickly and efficiently. Exactly what was needed. Intuitive Shipping should be the blueprint for how to offer a successful app to integrate into your shopify store. Thanks again.
