We do a lot of dropshipping from multiple suppliers, with thousands of SKUs, varying box sizes, and many bulk orders. This app is incredibly robust and handles even the most complex conditional shipping scenarios. Because it's so powerful, there is a steep learning curve. However, once you understand the logic behind it, it becomes much easier to use. What really stands out is the customer support. Their technical support team is excellent—they respond to tickets quickly and even offer 30-minute video sessions to help work through more complex scenarios. I'm taking off 1/2 star because of the pricing tiers. As a seasonal business, the jump from the 500-order plan to the 2,000-order plan is too large. There really should be an intermediate tier between 500 and 2,000 shipments. During our busy season, we end up paying for far more capacity than we actually need.
Great customer service. Michael got back to me right away about an issue we were having on our free shipping scenario and gave me instructions to fix it right away.

Easy app to set up and customize shipping profiles. We ship very small packages to freight trucks as well as hazmat materials which can be tricky to regulate and calculate correct shipping costs but Intuitive does a great job. Customer support is excellent and made setting the app up very quick.

Hardware-decor.com is thankful for the developers at intuitive shipping. Since shopify only seems to calculate shipping by weight (you know, like back in the 80's), store owners must reply on apps to get the job done, especially since shipping has been calculated by volume and length for several years now. iNTUITIVE SHIPPING SUPPORT, WHEN NEEDED ARE QUICK TO RESPOND AND ARE HELPFUL.

Michael and the intuitive shipping team genuinely deserves this one. We came to Intuitive Shipping with a somewhat complex setup, multiple product categories (ovens, flour, accessories), weight-based pricing, regional surcharges, remote zone exclusions across Canada, and a bunch of custom rules. Michael was hands-on from the start, listened carefully to our needs, and translated what felt like an overwhelming project into something clear, logical, and actually fun to work through. Most importantly, we stopped leaking money on shipping. Which is a HUGE game changer. He made himself and the team available, asked the right questions, and never made us feel like our setup was too complicated. The platform itself is incredibly intuitive (pun intended), and with Michael's guidance, we were up and running way faster than expected. If you're a business with anything more complex than basic flat-rate shipping, don't worry. I feel like I've used every shipping app on Shopify and Intuitive is by far the best. It's the only app that can handle live shipping rates for what our company needs. Fantastic customer service too!

Intuitive Shipping has been an absolute game changer for Dutchy’s. Our shipping setup is not simple, we ship groceries, frozen meats, and perishables that require different packaging rules, cooler sizes, shipping weight, transit times, and location-based restrictions. Trying to manage this in Shopify alone was incredibly challenging, especially when different products need different shipping methods depending on where they’re going. With Intuitive Shipping, we were finally able to create precise rules for each product category, from biltong and pantry items to frozen meats that must ship in specific cooler sizes with time-sensitive delivery methods. We can now control which shipping options appear based on product type, destination, and packaging requirements, ensuring customers always see the correct options at checkout. Their customer service is outstanding, quick responses, knowledgeable support, and practical solutions whenever we ran into challenges. They understand complex shipping needs and help you implement them properly. If your business has anything beyond very simple shipping rules, Intuitive Shipping is worth every penny. It solved problems we struggled with for a long time in Shopify.

Michael helped us at Beauty Base to set up shipping methods and he was always available to help us with any issues via email and zoom call. He took the time to understand our shipping needs, and the problems we were experiencing to come with the right solutions. He would even follow up after to check everything was running smoothly. Intuitive is a great app for anyone who needs to be able to offer dynamic shipping based on what is shipping and where the item is shipping to. They are responsive and have a great team that is east to work with.

We have a chain of farm supply stores and have a very large SKU count that have a variety of different weights, sizes, and shapes that make local delivery pricing difficult. We used Intuitive and we paid for them to build out our custom local delivery rates. It's made our local delivery rates competitive, helped us recoup profits on previous deliveries we would lose money on, and has been a huge success. Through the process, Intuitive Shipping was incredibly responsive and helpful. We can't recommend them enough!

SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE! While starting out it was a bit overwhelming, once I scheduled a meeting with them they walked me right through everything! Once they showed me an overview I was able to set the rest up by myself with the exception of one little issue I couldn't get figured out. I scheduled another meeting and they walked me right through it. There was one small thing we weren't able to settle, and customer service emailed me shortly after with how to fix the issue. They followed up by email with every contact I made, and followed up again if I didn't answer just to make sure their follow up email was helpful. This is hands down the BEST support I have ever received from any app I've installed. I would download and use this app over and over again hands down!

We have been using Intuitive Shipping on our B2B store with different customer tiers and shipping requirements. The app offers very flexible shipping rule configurations, allowing us to customize shipping methods based on customer segments, order conditions, and other business logic. This has been very helpful for managing our B2B shipping structure. Their support team is also responsive and helpful whenever we have configuration questions.
