Easy app to set up and customize shipping profiles. We ship very small packages to freight trucks as well as hazmat materials which can be tricky to regulate and calculate correct shipping costs but Intuitive does a great job. Customer support is excellent and made setting the app up very quick.

Since shopify only seems to calculate shipping by weight (you know, like back in the 80's), store owners must reply on apps to get the job done, especially since shipping has been calculated by volume and length for several years now. iNTUITIVE SHIPPING SUPPORT, WHEN NEEDED ARE QUICK TO RESPOND AND ARE HELPFUL.

Michael and the intuitive shipping team genuinely deserves this one. We came to Intuitive Shipping with a somewhat complex setup, multiple product categories (ovens, flour, accessories), weight-based pricing, regional surcharges, remote zone exclusions across Canada, and a bunch of custom rules. Michael was hands-on from the start, listened carefully to our needs, and translated what felt like an overwhelming project into something clear, logical, and actually fun to work through. Most importantly, we stopped leaking money on shipping. Which is a HUGE game changer. Intuitive is a great app for anyone who needs to be able to offer dynamic shipping based on what is shipping and where the item is shipping to. They are responsive and have a great team that is east to work with.

We have a chain of farm supply stores and have a very large SKU count that have a variety of different weights, sizes, and shapes that make local delivery pricing difficult. We used Intuitive and we paid for them to build out our custom local delivery rates. It's made our local delivery rates competitive, helped us recoup profits on previous deliveries we would lose money on, and has been a huge success. Through the process, Intuitive Shipping was incredibly responsive and helpful. We can't recommend them enough!

SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE! While starting out it was a bit overwhelming, once I scheduled a meeting with them they walked me right through everything! Once they showed me an overview I was able to set the rest up by myself with the exception of one little issue I couldn't get figured out. I scheduled another meeting and they walked me right through it. There was one small thing we weren't able to settle, and customer service emailed me shortly after with how to fix the issue. They followed up by email with every contact I made, and followed up again if I didn't answer just to make sure their follow up email was helpful. This is hands down the BEST support I have ever received from any app I've installed. I would download and use this app over and over again hands down!

We have been using Intuitive Shipping on our B2B store with different customer tiers and shipping requirements. They have thought of everything and are constantly upgrading and adding more solutions to solve any shipping cases your business needs. The biggest standout is the customer service, genuinely responsive, patient, and willing to dig in with you to get even the most specific edge-case rules working correctly. They don’t just point you to a help article; they actually help you solve the problem. On the product side, the flexibility is seriously impressive. If you have multiple warehouses, different shipping methods, product categories, thresholds, zones, packaging logic, or “if this, then that” conditions, Intuitive Shipping can usually handle it. We were able to build out a wide range of real-world scenarios that most shipping apps simply can’t accommodate. With that said, all that power comes with some complexity. If your setup is more than basic flat-rate shipping, expect a learning curve. My advice: plan time for thorough testing of every scenario (and combinations of scenarios) before you go live. Once it’s set, it work perfectly, but it’s worth validating everything end-to-end to avoid surprises at checkout. Overall: powerful, flexible, and backed by top-tier support. Highly recommended if you need advanced shipping logic and want a team that will actually help you get it right.

After some issues with shipping at checkout, we reached out to Intuitive Shipping to troubleshoot the problem. Michael at tech. support was diligent and persistent in resolving the issue, even going so far as to walking me through a complicated migration process at UPS, which should be the responsibility of UPS, not Intuitive Shipping. All in all, speaking to a human being via Zoom was wonderful, a refreshing throwback to resolving a tech. issue. Michael went above and beyond and is a major reason why we will continue to use Intuitive. Great job all around. Thank you!
