We couldn’t be happier with Intuitive Shipping! The app has been incredibly helpful, but what has really impressed us is the amazing customer service and support behind it. A special shoutout to Paul for all of his help and support. Paul continues to be absolutely fantastic to work with—so patient, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure we have everything working properly. His follow up and checking in afterward to make sure everything is still working the way it should is so appreciated. That extra effort really says a lot about the commitment of the Intuitive team. As a small business, having someone who is there to help when you need it makes such a difference. Highly recommend Intuitive Shipping to any business looking for a great shipping solution backed by exceptional customer service. 5 stars for the app. And another 5 stars for customer service.
A little bit of a learning curve to become comfortable with the apps systems but once you use it, you realise how powerful this app is. You can set up shipping rules for almost any condition you can think of. Rules by tag, collection type etc But best of all their support is some of the best i have received from a Shopify app. Their responses were timely and Michael even included loom videos to help explain the solution to a challenge i was having. I was very impressed. I would recommend this app to anyone!

As owners of small companies, there is one aspect of business that elevates above all other factors, and that is the commitment of a company to go above and beyond. So, as a customer of Intuitive shipping i have the privilege to update my review to 5 stars based on the response we received late Sunday evening. Not only the CEO of the company reach out to us, but their support team quickly was able to steer us in the right direction with a disconnected app integration. We would recommend this company to any online retailer who feels it a priority to bill customers for only what shipping actually coasts and not a penny more. Good app. The team here stays on top of stuff and really does a good job supporting you. I had a issue today (100% my fault not the app) and I sent a support ticket. Within an hour they got back to me with the solution. App has outstanding functionality and we have used it for years. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing team to work with! They helped me figure out all the issues I was running into to get the amount of different products we carry to "pack" correctly in the right boxes. Best part is being able to work with real people who can figure out any weird shipping issue we had.

Just switched our platform over to Shopify and were recommended Intuitive and could not be more pleased. Setting up all of our shipping zones and configurations seemed very daunting, but after a quick zoom call with Intuitive we were on our way. We got stuck on a few set-up configurations and our emails were answered within the half hour and explained to us exactly what we needed. I cannot say enough good things about this company. The best solution I've found for calculating complex rates. Great customer service where a real person looks at your specific situation and is always able to figure out what's wrong and provide simple guidance on what to do.

Best of all is real support: Humans who understand their product and are willing to spend time on a video call helping you set it up to your requirements. Plus pretty thorough documentation. Dimensions for our product range varies widely, so dimensional shipping charges are a significant factor in our operations. Intuitive Shipping has helped us change from using markup and weight adjustment hacks to approximate our shipping charges, to proper dimensional shipping charges. Also, the fact that Intuitive Shipping can now sync dimensional data from Shopify metafields makes product data maintenance much easier. Product data can be maintained independently in one place, and your shipping configuration in Intuitive Shipping. Configuration can be complex, but that necessarily comes with the flexibility that the app provides.

We do a lot of dropshipping from multiple suppliers, with thousands of SKUs, varying box sizes, and many bulk orders. This app is incredibly robust and handles even the most complex conditional shipping scenarios. Because it's so powerful, there is a steep learning curve. However, once you understand the logic behind it, it becomes much easier to use. What really stands out is the customer support. Their technical support team is excellent—they respond to tickets quickly and even offer 30-minute video sessions to help work through more complex scenarios. I'm taking off 1/2 star because of the pricing tiers. As a seasonal business, the jump from the 500-order plan to the 2,000-order plan is too large. There really should be an intermediate tier between 500 and 2,000 shipments. During our busy season, we end up paying for far more capacity than we actually need.

Easy app to set up and customize shipping profiles. We ship very small packages to freight trucks as well as hazmat materials which can be tricky to regulate and calculate correct shipping costs but Intuitive does a great job. Customer support is excellent and made setting the app up very quick.
