We do a lot of dropshipping from multiple suppliers, with thousands of SKUs, varying box sizes, and many bulk orders. This app is incredibly robust and handles even the most complex conditional shipping scenarios. Because it's so powerful, there is a steep learning curve. However, once you understand the logic behind it, it becomes much easier to use. What really stands out is the customer support. Their technical support team is excellent—they respond to tickets quickly and even offer 30-minute video sessions to help work through more complex scenarios. I'm taking off 1/2 star because of the pricing tiers. As a seasonal business, the jump from the 500-order plan to the 2,000-order plan is too large. There really should be an intermediate tier between 500 and 2,000 shipments. During our busy season, we end up paying for far more capacity than we actually need.

Simply the best. The app itself is great, the supporting team is even greater. Brandon and Paul gave us fast and straight forward help and solutions when we are facing issues. I wish they could continue develop this wonderful app, so that we can purchase and ship from it directly!!!
