decent app - that has switched to predatory pricing. when i first signed up this app years ago, i thought it was already expensive enough - having to do an uninstall and reinstall, i discovered that the new pricing structure is positively predatory. it's a sad trend that most app developers seem to be adopting. they all thing that if your running a high order volume store, they can get away with charging you ridiculous fees. well guess what guys, NO... just NO. these devs build up their reviews by charging reasonable fees, then hotswap over to ridiculous fees. it's such a scheme.
What you're experiencing is the result of innovation and rising infrastructure costs, not a scheme. From 2019 to 2023, our pricing remained unchanged. As an Intuitive client during this period, your plan price stayed the same when we adjusted our pricing to reflect increased operational costs; we value loyalty. The "hotswap" you're referring to implies we changed your pricing while you were an active user, which is not the case. You uninstalled Intuitive Shipping to try another app because it was cheaper, only to realize that low-cost apps often lack features and innovation. This led you to return to Intuitive a few weeks later, recognizing it as a fantastic solution. Unfortunately, you didn't inquire with our team about the possibility of returning to your original pricing. Again, we highly value our customers and are happy to work together for a mutually optimal solution. Unlike our only real competitor, which costs significantly more, Intuitive includes all features in our pricing plans. Clients pay more for higher order volumes because our costs increase; maintaining the server infrastructure to deliver rates quickly is a costly endeavour.
