Must-Have App – Perfect for Managing Complex Shipping Rules Across Multiple Stores We use Intuitive Shipping across several different Shopify sites, and it’s been an absolute game-changer. The flexibility and control it gives us over our shipping logic is unmatched. Whether we’re setting rules for weight-based rates, zone restrictions, or custom scenarios tied to product tags, it just works — and works well. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever we need guidance. If you're running a Shopify store (or several like we do) and need more advanced shipping control than Shopify provides out of the box, this app is hands down the best solution. Highly recommended!

We've had a great experience with Intuitive Shipping so far. The app is flexible enough to handle both basic and complex shipping setups, and it’s clear the developers really understand real-world shipping needs. Everything has worked exactly as expected — no bugs or weird glitches. What really stands out is the customer service. From the onboarding call to setup questions, the support team has been quick, clear, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to get that kind of service. Very glad we found this app.

My store has a lot of complicated shipping scenarios and this app is capable of doing it all. The team behind the app is incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and extremely knowledgeable when helping set up complicated shipping scenarios. Couldn't recommend Intuitive Shipping more.

This app is awesome! We are using it on our site where we ship various types of products with awkward combinations such as pallets and parcels and we have lots of postcode driven pricing rates. Until now we haven't managed a way to get an app to do exactly what we wanted it to do, instead we changed our product offering and prices to suit what other apps could offer. We got 90% of the way with the set up and couldn't get some of the combinations to work as we wanted. We reached out to the support team and Paul was amazing. From the initial zoom call to figure out our needs to the follow up emails everything was super clear and prompt. I would highly recommend this app - the one suggestion I have to anyone considering it, especially if you have complex shipping processes is to map out what you need from the app and engage with the guys early on - this would have saved us lots of time but we got there in the end!

We have to set up a website that ships globally with products with small to large shipping dimensions. Due to complexity of product dimensions and weight, we needed a tool that calculate all scenarios. Intuitive Shipping has all features we needed. The configuration was very straight forward and Michael helped me almost immediately whenever I have questions regarding the set up.

After searching and trying many apps for shipping we found that Intuitive was by far the easiest to work with, their onboarding and tech support is really good . It is in Canada and thankfully on the same time zone as us. We were able to set up certain shipping rules and get our new website launched so we could start making money and offering our products. I highly recommend them to anyone who is not an expert or has some specific requirements for shipping a variety of different product lines and from different vendors.

Intuitive Shipping support was exceptionally helpful to fixing the UPS senerio changeover. I was having difficulty getting it switched over. The support team made a quick video showing me what I had to do. Within no time I had it fixed and working on our website.

We use Intuitive for both of our stores, one wholesale and one retail. Each store has its own shipping complexities and Intuitive has everything required to fulfill the needs of each store. I wouldn't use any other shipping app after using Intuitive. Highly recommended, if not mandatory, for stores that want to seriously take control of their shipping operations. Thanks Intuitive!

Most important, this app works flawlessly for a variety of shipping scenarios and modes - flat rate, carrier rate, multi-pack etc. Very cool. Second, the support from the IS team is really exceptional! In the 3 years we've used IS, we've needed help configuring new features, they're right on it, and have always delivered - pretty awesome app!!!
