Super friendly staff and they helped me through the technical onboarding and configuration on multiple occasions. We migrated from BigCommerce/ShipperHQ and had a rather complicated scenario to setup. They were available via Zoom to walk me through some of the obstacles, which is so much better than the competitor which refuses to get on a call and forces you to get support/implementation help through tedious email. We saved money and I feel the end result improved our checkout!

Intuitive Shipping is truly a robust and powerful app — if you can imagine a shipping scenario, you can build it here. The feature set is vast, flexible, and perfect for even the most complex setups. What really sets this app apart is the customer service. I’ve used countless Shopify apps, and this support team is on another level. Their responses are detailed, helpful, and often include personalized video walkthroughs. They consistently go above and beyond, adding tremendous value to the app. Highly recommended.

This has enhanced our website's customer journey immensely and has helped our company grow as our volume of online orders has grown this year. Although it can feel overwhelming and like a puzzle at times, Michael has been very helpful every step of the way

I’ve been using Intuitive Shipping for several years now, and it continues to be one of the best apps on my Shopify store. It works perfectly and handles all my complex shipping needs with ease. The team behind it is absolutely amazing always helpful, responsive, and professional. I mostly communicate with Chelsey, and she’s fantastic, but I’ve also had great experiences with Michael and Greg. Everyone is always willing to help and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend Intuitive Shipping to anyone looking for a reliable and flexible shipping solution.

The Intuitive Shipping team is always incredible - quick to answer any questions and resolve any issues. We've had a really positive experience with Intuitive Shipping so far. We had been looking for a solution to our complex online shipping needs for some time, and I'm so glad we found this app. The set up has been fairly quick and easy and the onboarding support from Michael was extremely helpful. We managed to set up different shipping zones by postcode Australia-wide, and exclude certain regional zones that we can't delivery some products to. I'd highly recommend this app to anyone with custom shipping needs.

After having explored a number of apps, Intuitive Shipping was the only one that allowed me to semi-automate the input of my substantial shipping agent fees table, which saved me hours of work. It's a great app and the support was excellent!

Now days, it has become the norm to have a demo or zoom meeting with an app agent or representative where they speak too fast, don't care and rush you through the 30 min Q and A. Not the case at all with Intuitive Shipping. Paul took his time with us, was very knowledgeable with the capabilities of Intuitive Shipping and Shopify. He provided excellent customer service. All of our questions were answered and then some. The application is super clean, powerful and straight forward. Highly recommend this app for Shopify Users. Paul is the man!

This app is great! We love how it works! You can do anything you need to related to shipping with this App! If you need help, the support team will chat with through a solution or schedule a call to allow for a screenshare!

Intuitive Shipping solved our problems with the limitations of Shopify shipping. Other apps didn't work. It was refreshing having the setup done by their enthusiastic team (thank you Michael) simply by scheduling in a time. They have been responsive with further queries too. Thank you so much!

Must-Have App – Perfect for Managing Complex Shipping Rules Across Multiple Stores We use Intuitive Shipping across several different Shopify sites, and it’s been an absolute game-changer. The flexibility and control it gives us over our shipping logic is unmatched. Whether we’re setting rules for weight-based rates, zone restrictions, or custom scenarios tied to product tags, it just works — and works well. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever we need guidance. If you're running a Shopify store (or several like we do) and need more advanced shipping control than Shopify provides out of the box, this app is hands down the best solution. Highly recommended!

We've had a great experience with Intuitive Shipping so far. The app is flexible enough to handle both basic and complex shipping setups, and it’s clear the developers really understand real-world shipping needs. Everything has worked exactly as expected — no bugs or weird glitches. What really stands out is the customer service. From the onboarding call to setup questions, the support team has been quick, clear, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to get that kind of service. Very glad we found this app.
