We have chosen to work with Intuitive Shipping on our eCommerce store as we needed to work with actual shipping cost based on product dimensions. Intuitive has made it easy to get up and running. That and their onboarding and support was a pleasure to work with! It has been a breeze to schedule zoom calls and go over details of our set up. I've done three calls, one was an introductory/demo and two calls to review our set up and ensure all was good for launch. I had a question just the other day over email, and support got back quickly and helped to adjust things. You can tell a business cares when it puts in this kind of effort. I love the intimate feel of working with their support, I worked with the same person each time and she recalled my business and set up. Previously I used another rate calculator app that used actual dimensions, that company was good too, however what won me over with Intuitive Shipping (similar price) was the user interface and support. I can import/export information easily. I can customize. And as our shipping needs evolve I can see how their scenario builder will enable us. We also use ShipStation so we appreciate the ease of connecting to that. So, if you are growing or need something more than what Shopify offers, you really should look at Intuitive.
