I couldn’t have dreamed of a better shipping app, it really does it all and then some. The customer service is 5-star, it’s a huge learning curve and they were there at the ready to assist anytime I ran into an issue. Micheal was always very responsive, walked me through each step via live calls and always checked in to make sure I didn’t need anything further. I’ve used other shipping platforms in the past and Intuitive Shipping is by far the best option out there. Thank you for bringing me such peace of mind! -https://theporterhouse.co

this app is 980 a complaint and doesn't follow the guidelines to help people with disabilities function that's not compatible with the screen readers for one number two I have not received any support or help. I reached out several times, and had several meetings and no one to turn the damn they don't respond for the app support which is hurting me and my shipping process has been waiting patiently for several weeks just expire. . The bottom of the bottom line is don't trust these people it's very well decorated, but it does not perform to its own standards. I'm very unhappy and dissatisfied and I can I get no assistance, so I'm just gonna have to report this again to the ADA bought a complaint for people with

Intuitive Shipping is an excellent product. It was easy to migrate from our previous shipping configuration and do the basic setup. Intuitive also offers all of the additional features we needed to fine tune our shipping/check out experience for both our D2C and B2B customers.

I was very happy to find the Intuitive Shipping app as our shipping costs were very different between different products and countries. I booked a demo for installation and Michael went through the whole app with me and helped installing it. After running some tests and adjusting some small things myself it worked perfectly! Very happy that we are now working with the correct shipping rates on our website! Thanks again Michael!

Used Intuitive Shipping for two years to help manage cost-of-shipping struggles with multiple odd-shaped products in my store and print-on-demand suppliers. I recently simplified my packaging requirements to a standard set of boxes and mailers and dropped all POD products and no longer needed the firepower of this app. If you have complex shipping requirements that, for example, require billing for a single order that requires more than one box (and you don't want to eat the shipping costs), this is the app for you. It's brilliant and the support is among the best for any app I've ever used. Thank you.

As a growing company we made the big decision to move over to Shopify, our next step was to choose a shipping app for our growing needs. After doing research Intuitive Shipping always kept on coming up so we to a risk and choose them. Really great app. Easy to use and full of features. Support is fantastic and answer all questions in good time. Our business in the UK is a little complicated and we have time and day based requirements that this app handles well. Would certainly recommend.

Game changer! This app addressed all of my frustrations with Shopify shipping and the customer service is unparalleled! We have been using Intuitive Shipping for a number of years now. Their interface and rule set up is as complex or simple as you need it to be, it's always great to have the option. In addition to their great product is their support team. They really care about helping you every step of the way. Their responses are timely and thorough which is exactly what we want in a service. First of all I want to start by saying that this app does exactly what it promises to do, if you ship items in multiple boxes and need to plan the shipping rates accordingly then this the app for you, with dimensions, etc. Secondly, they have an unlimited free trial in 'test mode'. You can take as long as you need to set everything up without worrying about your trial expiring - your trial only kicks in once you actually activate everything. I don't think you'll find this anywhere else. Lastly, the customer support is simply unbelievable. Whenever I had a question setting up the app, within minutes I would get at reply with details. If I had to follow up, once again a reply within minutes. Huge shoutout to both Dylan and Paul!

My company just launched a new version of our ecommerce site on Shopify and Intuitive Shipping is one of the apps we chose. The support has been stellar and the app works really well allowing us to set up our own unique shipping rules. We are also using ship station and it works beautifully for pulling in live rates to the site. Love this app!

We have been using this app for some time now and it has been a real lifesaver. We ship a lot of products that have restrictions and cannot be shipped by air, no problem, we only have to add a tag to the product and it will restrict the shipping choices to the allowed method. We aren't using true cubic shipping but we have set up scenarios where we tag products that are light but bulky so that it calculates the shipping using different package sizes thereby returning a more accurate shipping charge. In short, its very versatile and has allowed us to stop loosing money on bulky items without having to pad weights. I also really like the fact that it is easy to troubleshoot errors because you can see any instance where no rate was returned and see the reason for the error (missing product weight, invalid zip code, etc.) The support has also been very good.

Intuitive Shipping has been an absolute game changer for us when it comes wot shipping rate calculation while also make the lives of our fulfillment team easier by virtual packing each and every order into its respective box. This app is the ONLY solution to calculated carrier rates matching the rates paid by the customer through Shipstation I have found that works. Support is top notch and they cover virtually every use case you could possibly want. Amazing!
