Intuitive Shipping

We have had a fantastic experience onboarding this application into our store. After searching for an app that could effectively accommodate the shipping rules we needed to install (especially for the warmer months), we landed on Intuitive Shipping. Their strong reviews initially roped us in to give them a try, but the support from their team (S/O to Michael & Paul) from the very start kept us hooked. It has been great. From the simple fixes to the more complex requests, they were timely and responsive and have helped ensure that this will be an app we will use for the foreseeable future. I'd like to say we have it all sorted, but I'm sure I will be dropping into their inbox again soon

Every time I reach out to customer service they are able to help me solve my problem in just a few clicks. I'm not super tech savvy, and while this app is super easy to use, we had a few products that required some help to calculate properly because of the way we needed to pack them. They were super helpful and FAST.

Stop looking... you found it. This is hands-down the BEST shipping rates app that has ever been created, backed by the best support staff on the planet. Believe me... I've tried them ALL Intuitive Shipping can handle even the most complex scenarios across most every carrier out there. Need Dangerous goods fees applied to by air shipping methods , but regular shipping via ground? No Problem Shipping to Hawaii, but need ground methods omitted when DG items added to cart? No Problem Need a rate for every method offered from 3 carriers? No Problem Need special rates for certain customers? No problem Need to block shipping to Fraud accounts? Need Free shipping offered for certain stipulations? No problem Need to block certain items from shipping to certain areas? No Problem Need a flat fee for certain items but live rates for others? No Problem You can rename shipping methods You can pull negotiated rates from each of your carrier accounts, OR you can pull all rates from your Shipstation account - which makes life easier! You can review every quote from every draft or Web cart - (WOW) "How Accurate are the rates?" : you can upload all of your packaging sizes, and specify each of your items dimensions. This allows the app to return the most accurate rates on the fly. Sound Complicated? It's really easy to use. Don't feel like setting it up yourself? They offer a "White Glove Setup" service that sounds more expensive than it is, and it's worth every penny. They don't just set up, they also help maintain- I can't say enough good things about their support staff; they are the nicest bunch of people you can interact with, and it makes you feel good about supporting their business... and they're quick! Install this app, mark this off your 'to-do' list, and prepare to be amazed. Six out of five stars Paul for president!

Our company has fairly complex shipping rules and this app made it possible! I have probably worn out this support staff with all of my inquiries over the last few years but they are so helpful and quick to respond! I've never received this level of support in any part of my professional and personal life. Would recommend to anyone!

This is a GREAT app for anyone needing to figure out shipping rates for their store. The support is beyond amazing. From the initial set up, to tweaks and changes along the way, as OUR needs changed, they are always almost instantaneously responsive. They understand that everything is urgent when it comes to your e-commerce business and respond accordingly. Special shout out to Paul who has been our go-to person since day one.

I cant say I have worked with many app support teams but the people I have dealt with here are all you could want. Knowledgeable, quick to reply, happy to keep helping as you are setting it up and testing. Really top notch, and super friendly. As for the app, if you are sending overseas and being charged by weight or volume, its an absolute no brainer. This app easily pays for itself after a couple of orders. Once you get your head around it, easy to use and understand. Very happy with the app and the team who support it.

We have been using Intuitive Shipping for over a year on five of our websites, and we absolutely love it. The app does what we need it to do (which is really quite complicated & the native Shopify app couldn't even come close), the customer service & training are top notch, and we really love being able to trouble shoot any order issues by using the Activities tracker.

Great strong product. Does literally anything you need. Their team supports you like no other I have seen. Way better than the Shopify native shipping features.

We have products that may be small but have a lot of weight. I have used a number of different types of shipping calculation apps over the years with very little luck. We have been using the app for over a year now and it has solved about 90% of the issues we have with calculating shipping rates. It has a very detailed system for entering in the different boxes and envelopes /soft packages use. You can enter the outer and inner dimensions, maximum weight, empty weight, and cost. This help to get a better shipping calculation and you can add the cost of the shipping material to the shipping price. You can create shipping "Scenarios" for all different types of shipping. We ship out mainly FedEx Ground, but also sometimes FedEx Freight, and on a few small flat items USPS first class mail. We ship to domestics locations and international. We can create "Scenarios" to accommodate our products. Filtering out some products that are only shipped domestically. Also some products to ship out via USPS first class mail or FedEx it they are ordered with other products. The "Smartboxing" also figures out packaging very well. You can also add on handling costs and have the rate rounded up or down. Our products are not in retail packaging and are shipped out as parts. I would suggest adding an addition product dimensions to accommodate for packing material. Most of the app is very easy to figure out and to work with. I have had a few little things I have had issue with and the tech support have been very helpful. This has been one of they easiest and most comprehensive shipping rate calculating apps I have worked with. It has many features and it seems to be well thought out for different types of shipping.

Excellent app with an incredible team who has been there to support us every step along the way of getting our shipping set up. We sell items of all shapes and sizes, some that are available to ship across North America and others that are only available for local pick up or delivery. Intuitive Shipping has been instrumental in helping us set up our shipping program within Shopify. Would highly recommend!
