Very clever app, with a lot of creative ways to charge for shipping. Also the support is top-notch, you tell them what you would like to do, and they show you 2-3 different ways on how you can do it. I would definitely recommend this app.

This app has worked very well for our store. I have rather complicated shipping and I was able to set it up for a way that works for my products. I really like the activity feature that lets me see what was added to the shopping cart and the shipping prices that were presented. This allows me to go in and tweak the rates. The Onboarding session offered made the set up so much easier and quicker. But, the best part of this app is the customer service. I had an issue on the Saturday of a long weekend. Although it turned out to be caused by a break in Shopify (due to me upgrading to a higher level plan) and not with their app they responded quickly and were able to point me in the right direction to get a solution. They even followed up a couple days later to see if everything was working. Amazing team! UPDATE - MAY 2025. I have now used the app successfully for over 2 years. I recently had a complicated shipping scenario that I wanted to implement on the store. I wasn't even sure it could be done. But, I posed my question. Within 30 minutes not only did they respond but Paul provided a step-by-step video showing exactly what steps I needed to take. I was then able to easily implement the new configuration on my store. I can't say enough about their support.

The help we have received from Michael with the set up of Intuitive has been amazing. The app itself takes a little bit to wrap your head around, especially for scenarios as complicated as ours, but it is amazing once it is up and running. This app is going to save us hassle, money and time.

We have some pretty niche shipping settings that Shopify does not allow us to do. Been after an app for years that enables multiple factors in a cart such as weight, number of items and cost, all combined. Was recommended Intuitive Shipping by Shopify support and after a chat with their customer support, it was exactly what I was after. Took a little time to get my head around the set-up as my requirements were quite complex, however the app handled everything and support were there on-hand to answer any questions. Highly recommended.

The Intuitive team has been the MOST HELPFUL and KIND group of folks I've worked with to set up my website. Setting up shipping functions that work is by far one of the most complicated tasks in developing a new website and they made the process much easier! Intuitive Shipping is an excellent product. It was easy to migrate from our previous shipping configuration and do the basic setup. Intuitive also offers all of the additional features we needed to fine tune our shipping/check out experience for both our D2C and B2B customers.

I was very happy to find the Intuitive Shipping app as our shipping costs were very different between different products and countries. I booked a demo for installation and Michael went through the whole app with me and helped installing it. After running some tests and adjusting some small things myself it worked perfectly! As a growing company we made the big decision to move over to Shopify, our next step was to choose a shipping app for our growing needs. Great app that meets 99% of our needs (Shopify is pretty limiting on the other 1%, not the app's fault). Amazing support with fast response time.

Always answers within a reasonable amount of time and here to resolve any issue that may arise. (Which is mostly some setting in shopify)

We have been using Intuitive Shipping for a number of years now. Their interface and rule set up is as complex or simple as you need it to be, it's always great to have the option. In addition to their great product is their support team. They really care about helping you every step of the way. Their responses are timely and thorough which is exactly what we want in a service.
