UPDATE: the support from these guys is truly exceptional... they're on it, accurate, and will keep on it until issue is resolved. I cannot recommend Intuitive Shipping enough!! Many thanks!! We're able to do multiple configurations for local delivery, carrier rates, product based packaging iterations etc - very, very good app, and once you understand some basic steps, it's pretty remarkable. In the inevitable support request, Greg has been fantastic, timely, thorough and solved all my issues and the initial setup call is a nice feature. VERY strongly recommend this app, especially if you have various product dimensions and weights - the boxing function is really spot on. Go for it!

This app is amazing and the support team is more than helpful. Always willing to hop on a call and figure it out to meet the needs of the business. Intuitive Shipping was exactly what we needed to solve for complicated shipping logic. Hands down best service out there.

We have been using Intuitive Shipping for awhile now. It has been vital the success of our business. The app can be a tad confusing, but the customer support is excellent! They respond promptly and get right to the heart of any problem. They will then offer to fix it themselves or assist you in fixing the issue. So far our experience with Intuitive Shipping has been excellent and we can't recommend this app more highly.

I have a small business in rural Canada. Setting up and understanding shipping scenarios on Shopify can be daunting. I don't have a whizz in-house that can figure this stuff out for me. Intuitive Shipping has been amazing. I can talk to a real person- who understands my business, get specific information for my region, and can help me step by step to set it up. For me the "white gloves option" to build it for me saved hours of sleep and worry. It did cost a bit but was worth it to ensure it was done 100% correctly. I would highly recommend. If in doubt, sign up with them.

This is the best app out there for presenting shipping rates to customers if you have lots of products and different shipping scenarios. It also integrates with Shipstation for rates, if you use that. Customer service is phenomenal!

This app does exactly what we need to display specific shipping services and rates based on what's in a customer's cart. The technical support team helped us really dial it in and tweak it for our exact situation and demand. They were also quick with communication and solved a lot of issues I ran into while I was setting up pretty complicated scenarios.

I just installed this and so far so good. I will say this has been the easiest app for me to set-up on my own. Shipping is calculating properly and I am thankful for that because shipping has been a pain!

Paul and his team offered amazing on-boarding support. Can't give a high-enough rating for this. It has solved a lot of problems on our site. We were struggling with shipping on our site for years, and Intuitive Shipping's very modern app easily solved the problems. I'll give this 11 stars out of 10!!

When using Intuitive Shipping with Shopify POS, if you're using POS Lite, it doesn't support shipping options, so it won't interact with our system. This app has let us set up worldwide posting with several carriers, there are a lot of shipping scenarios available and it is easy to use. The support has been great too, any queries or questions resolved straight away. Great App and partner for our website.

I'm using the app to set different packages based on product quantity and it is simply amazing. I had the first help to configure it properly and Michael Janes was just perfect. It's easy to use and I was insecure to do it by myself, so this help was what I needed. Their customer support is excellent!

If you are looking for something to deal with any type of Shipping setup, this is the app to go for. The other apps are good but IS really gives you the ability to build out any rule that you like, add markups, integrate with carriers and much more. The interface is friendly but also really powerful and I would advise making yourself familiar with how rules are built and really plan out the logic if you have a complex setup. IS can and will handle it as long as you set things up correctly. If you need assistance, the support is excellent - personally I have gotten myself in a few tangles and always gotten a solution back very quickly with clear instructions. Highly Recommended!

This is an excellent shipping automation app. We had some specific scenarios that we needed to build for our products and packaging and this app handled it easily.
