Their Support is amazing - They have support hours listed in the app, But then They also have an on call team for when/if things dont work or you need that urgent question answered. A very powerful and Easy to understand app with their support. We were up and running with a very complex Shipping matrix within a few hours. Most of that time was labour in entering. The only recomendation I would have is can you guys make an option to import/export the shipping scenarios so they can be edited in a csv file

We had some complex shipping scenarios with some of our brands and needed an app that would provide options above the basic Shopify features. This app does it all, it's perfect! And the customer service has been 5 STAR. I would definitely recommend Intuitive Shipping's APP.

This app works really well and does exactly what I needed it to do. The customer support has been really great as well with prompt, polite and helpful responses. I did experience some issues in the beginning but they were all my errors, you really want to make sure you have all of your weights, dimensions and shipping scenarios perfect before leaving test mode, and run lots and lots of tests! My only complaint would be that when I did have a missing dimension etc, my customer would get an error that told them I do not ship to their address. I wish the error were a little different as the customers found it confusing.

I use this app to run our shipping methods, the setup was a breeze given some of the complex issues of creating rules, etc. The support we got was five star, if we had an issue it was resolved within 24 hrs and we can go on working, these guys know their stuff and most of all are patient and understanding. I used this app as it allowed the flexibility for us to designate our delivery postcodes as we couldn't shop to the whole of the UK to begin with. The app is fantastically flexible and has been a dream to allow us to target the UK regions we support, and ensure that anyone who orders from us is within our shopping zones. Further to that, the support has been fantastic, polite, and extremely helpful. I can't recommend it enough!

Great app ! So much possibilities and flexibility. We tested many solutions, but Intuitive Shipping can really be considered as the "Swiss Knife" of all the apps. Michael and his team have been just amazing in support by answering questions and finding solutions for my website issues. I can only recommend, tanks so much !

I was really struggling to set different prices for regional UK rates and intuitive has completely solved that. The staff have been extremely helpful and responsive and I would strongly recommend working with them.

This is very powerful software with absolute first class support. The support is definitely needed for people like me, because while it's powerful it's also complicated (for example, there are multiple ways to accomplish the same thing). I am not personally crazy about the user interface for a number of reasons. My first time around with the app was not ideal - I had a hard time wrapping my brain around the structural concepts due to the UI/nav. Circled back to try again because we really really need it, and ever since I finally understood it better, with some patient hand-holding, I've been fine. Most importantly, the level of support and detailed guidance and assistance is simply unparalleled in my experience with Shopify apps across the board. Timely, detailed, thoughtful, you name it. And that's why I wouldn't even consider docking a star for the UI. Big shout out to Paul for excellent assistance throughout.

I had an issue with my shipping rates when some of the orders were made. I had setup up several conference calls with Intuitive Shipping Tech Support (Paul) and he was very patient and very helpful with my needs to resolve the issues. Paul is one of the best customer support I have ever had. Also, Intuitive Shipping made it possible for my store to offer a combined shipping rates that Shopify Profile could not provide at this time.

This app combines the functionality of 2 apps we used before, saving a bit of money but the best part is that we've never been able to calculate shipping rates as accurate as we have with this app. Support is stellar and quick to answer any questions and help out when you have a specific scenario in mind. I'm glad we found you!

Just got set up with Intuitive Shipping and the combined shipping works beautifully! Their support team is fantastic, quick to respond, and showed me a better way to calculate shipping. They pretty much led me through the whole process. I recommend them!

Really robust shipping tool that helped us create tiered shipping rules across various shipping zones. I was able to easily book and one-on-one customer service call to troubleshoot a minor issue. Would definitely recommend!

Tried this app a couple of years ago. Ran into an issue. Decided to try it again. Happy to see the app has been updated since I tried it last. It is now fantastic. Did an onboarding Zoom session to get the app set up. There are a lot of pieces to make it work properly – so I was grateful for the help. I like that it's pulling the rates directly from our Shipstation account. Lots to like about this app.

So far, this app has solved a lot of the shipping issues we were encountering. Our biggest issue to date has been filtering and displaying different types of shipping options for the two types of customers we serve - wholesale and retail. Being able to create scenarios based on customer tags, as well as, per product or collection has enabled us to really dial in the different carriers we offer to each customer base as well as provide much more accurate rates. Paul has been nothing but knowledgable, patient, and most importantly, proactive in making sure the app is configured to our needs. We truly appreciate all his efforts and continued support. Thank you, Paul!!!!

I can't believe we didn't get this app earlier! Setting up the scenarios to correctly reflect your desired shipping costs was made so much easier by Paul. He basically hand-held me all the way through until we got it right, his patience was outstanding. Now our store is truly reaping the rewards of this fantastic app and the boss is finally happy. Thanks guys

This app helped us solve two problems: 1) How to account for two product types (individual books) and case products, and 2) how to create a range of shipping costs that covers the potential shopping cart variations and shipping options. Intuitive Shipping does that and so much more. It can be complex, but the Support Team is AMAZING!!!

This App is a MUST and Customer Support is SUPERIOR! Paul has been extremely helpful setting up all of my crazy shipping scenarios and makes Shipping seem easy. He and the App take all of the headaches out of Shipping. I couldn't exist without this App! It helps me Ship items from home, other locations, plus (2) POD Companies (even though one of the PODs isn't integrated with their API – it's still possible!) Don't hesitate to download this App and make shipping easy!
