We have chosen to work with Intuitive Shipping on our eCommerce store as we needed to work with actual shipping cost based on product dimensions. Intuitive has made it easy to get up and running. That and their onboarding and support was a pleasure to work with! It has been a breeze to schedule zoom calls and go over details of our set up. I've done three calls, one was an introductory/demo and two calls to review our set up and ensure all was good for launch. I had a question just the other day over email, and support got back quickly and helped to adjust things. You can tell a business cares when it puts in this kind of effort. I love the intimate feel of working with their support, I worked with the same person each time and she recalled my business and set up. Previously I used another rate calculator app that used actual dimensions, that company was good too, however what won me over with Intuitive Shipping (similar price) was the user interface and support. I can import/export information easily. I can customize. And as our shipping needs evolve I can see how their scenario builder will enable us. We also use ShipStation so we appreciate the ease of connecting to that. So, if you are growing or need something more than what Shopify offers, you really should look at Intuitive.

Intuitive was crucial in rapidly onboarding me during a shipping emergency situation at our company. I had just taken over an account that was experiencing severe shipping discrepancies and had no prior experience with Intuitive. Within a couple of calls and some emails, not only did I solve the shipping emergency, but I streamlined our entire shipping backend process. I am now the Intuitive master at my company and none of this could have been done without the help of the empathetic and talented team at Intuitive. I'm very thankful for the level of service I received at such a crucial time. I would recommend them for any company that needs total control of their shipping logistics.

The Intuitive Shipping app is the literally the Swiss Army Knife of shipping apps! If you’re looking for a new shipping app, look no further as this app – for all intents and purposes – does it all and does it well. And, if it doesn’t, as was our case, Intuitive worked with us to develop the functionality to do what we needed it to do. The UI is straightforward, providing clear options and condition selections to create useful and efficient shipping scenarios. Also, the support from Intuitive is unparalleled. We had an issue recently and the support team was both responsive and persistent. They determinedly helped us both identify the issues and provided guidance to resolve the issue quickly and completely. I can’t say enough good things about Intuitive and its support team. From training to support, this is a professionally run team and a great value to solve your shipping app requirements.

We recently had an issue with a delivery charge, Brandon from Intuitive was fantastic, we got a quick reply to our query and a number of supportive emails with loom videos to show us how to resolve our issue. This app is amazing! Has everything you could ever need for customising and accurately calculating your live rates at checkout. This includes the ability to add dimensions to each product and variable in order to calculate these shipping weights base don volume and weight. I find a lot of other apps are too limiting for our needs and quite often we would lose money on freight because the live rates were not calculated accurately enough. We really noticed with this app we don't lose out on shipping very often as our rates quoted at checkout are pretty accurate to what we are being charged. It is a lifesaver. As the app is so customisable, it can be a bit mind boggling to use, however, support are always happy to help you work through your requirements to find a solution or a workaround.

We have a VERY complex shipping system because some items can be packed with others, while other items have no business being anywhere near them. This app allows a us to make shipping possible without losing money because we were just "guessing" at prices. Now we can pinpoint exactly how much it all is. This app integrates seamlessly with our ShipStation account. The biggest issue is that it doesn't really know which UPS/FedEx accounts are what, so it can be a bit of a guessing game. But the support staff is attentive to your needs and willing to help in anyway they can, short of doing everything for you. Our shipping scenarios are a delicate house a cards, but the staff know how to handle things without damaging all the work I've put into making our shipping scenarios work well.

We had difficulty upgrading to the new UPS auth2.0 method, and even though it wasn't a problem caused by Intuitive Shipping, Michael, Chelsey, and Brandon went above and beyond for us. Very good support, we highly recommend Intuitive Shipping!

Intuitive Shipping is great and easy to use, and whenever I've had trouble, because shipping can get complicated, I've always gotten great support from the team there. They go above and beyond answering not just the questions I show up with, but offering ways to optimize for problems I wasn't even aware I had. Highly recommend.

It's one thing to have an app that does exactly what you want in a straightforward way. It's another for it to do so without downtime or unreliability scares. It's a unicorn if it does both of the above and answers technical support emails quickly and concisely. When you come across an app like Intuitive Shipping, it raises the bar for everyone else. To put it plainly, Intuitive has saved us a lot of time.

Like many companies we have a complex catalog with bundles and multiple products being packed together or ones that can only be packaged alone. We found this app to work well and create very accurate shipping rates to capture more sales and make it more affordable for the customer. It took some tuning for it to be integrated but nothing that the average person can't handle! If we had questions the team at Intuitive Shipping was very responsive and helpful. Clear communication from a company is key. We will continue to use this service!

Great personal help with setup and runs trouble free. On the few instances where I have contacted support I have gotten fast, personal responses from them with solutions - not excuses. Our site can process hundreds of orders a week and this app has been rock solid.
