We're a comic book publisher that ships a variety of products that have differing packaging needs. Unfortunately, Shopify's native shipping calculator is inadequate for our needs, so we had to look for a 3rd party app. I'm really glad I stumbled upon this one! I have nothing but great things to say about Intuitive Shipping. If you have complex shipping needs that are outside the scope of Shopify's native shipping calculator, this really is the best app out there. I know because I've tried a few of them. The customizability is vast. You can make it do just about anything imaginable. Its calculations are fast and reliable, even with complex rules. At first glance, getting set up properly can seem daunting, but Intuitive Shipping's support is outstanding. They've always gone the extra mile to help us out, even when we were still in trial mode. I'd like to thank Paul Cann in customer service especially. He's very knowledgeable and he spent a lot of time helping me understand the more advanced features so that I could get our shipping scenarios set up with little fuss. The other day, we had a major issue with our store related to a cart migration that made Intuitive Shipping's billing go haywire. When I explained the situation to Intuitive Shipping, they quickly escalated the issue and the co-founder got in touch with me the very next day to help get everything sorted out. Compared to a lot of other app developers that can sometimes take days to respond, it's refreshing to know that some developers really care. I'm sure we'll be using Intuitive Shipping for years to come. I'm a very happy customer!

If there were 10 stars for this app I would rate them 11. App is extremely flexible and will do almost anything that most businesses will need. Support has been very professional, prompt and extremely helpful.

Just wanted to say Paul at Intuitive Shipping has been an amazing support for us whilst we try to get our shop online during the mad panic due to Covid-19. We launched in the space of 3 weeks and he was on hand at all times and responded very quickly every time - Thank you Paul!

We misconfigured our shipping settings so I had to reach out to customer service for help. Paul not only found the problem quickly, but he also helped us fix it too. I wish all companies had the customer service Intuitive Shipping has! Thanks again!

We have been using this app for about a year now. We have some very specific needs for shipping rate calculations. This app allows us to set those detailed adjustments to work automatically, and that has been very useful. At first, all of the options were a little daunting. I installed the app and the team helped me configure my little semi-complex setup exactly how I wanted it. The app has so many configuration options I'm amazed! Very helpful having the Livechat to discuss the requirements also.

Their app worked better for us than the standard settings in Shopify, by far. Their support is incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure the app worked as we needed it to, even following up with me on a Saturday. The app works perfectly and sold me on the features and settings, but their support OVER SOLD ME. Highly, highly recommend this app! Dec. 2024 Update: Still highly recommended. Support is top notch. Been using the app for about 4 years now.

Intuitive Shipping is a powerful shipping app that covers all bases. It can be a bit overwhelming at first glance but allows you to come up with some complicated and advanced shipping scenarios to better service your customer needs in different parts of the world. It also allows you to integrate some key shipping services/providers and can assist in displaying more info in the shipping method selection screen at the checkout - like delivery estimates! The team is super helpful and quick to assist if needed. They're also receptive to ideas or suggestions! Highly recommended app, it's solved all of our shipping problems and allowed us to streamline everything into the one app and offer a better experience to our customers.

Written by professional and reliable developers 5. Full detailed help menu 6. It keeps adding valuable features 7. It worth more than the price 6. Fantastic customer support. App was able to handle all shipping needs. Really appreciate having access to all features, and being charged according to number of order. Previous app, I kept feeling restrained by limitations every change I tried to make. Thanks Intuitive Shipping!

Intuitive Shipping has not only simplified our client checkout experience for shipping options it has also allowed our clients to see all available rates and make the best choice for their needs . Our store has over 4k products and being able to package the right product dimensions was a hassle with our previous program now its simple to add / update and know everything is done right and in a simple to use format thanks Intuitive shipping .

Best support I've seen anywhere! This is also a very powerful app and gives you full control over every aspect of your shipping procedures. After trying out most of the shipping apps on the shopify store this is by far my favorite.

We have worked with other shipping apps before and never been able to find a single, affordable app that answered all of our shipping needs. Intuitive Shipping is incredibly flexible and enables us to make shipping rules that are as simple or as complex as we need them to be. Besides, their support is superb. Really a terrific product!
