Awesome app. Super flexible. Amazing what you can do -- found new money for my store immediately.

We immediately found Shopify was not able to able handle our particular shipping requirements and we required extensive customization. After investigating and testing several different apps, Intuitive Shipping seemed to fit the bill. We have multiple shipping scenarios based on shipping times, as well as filtering collections, and free shipping over specified order amounts. There is a steep learning curve if you have sophisticated shipping parameters, but the app is pretty Intuitive. When we couldn't figure it out, their Customer Service got us through all of it. Almost a year later, Paul has guided, directed, and occasionally stepped-in to help us resolve any issue, quickly and efficiently. If you require specific shipping scenarios outside Shopify's platform, Intuitive Shipping is THE App. Our store wouldn't have the shipping success without it.

Customer support has responded to me within an hour each time I've asked a question. Their app documentation is also really good. I was able to build the exact shipping scenarios for my carrier accounts through Intuitive's interface AND test all of it for free on my own schedule with their amazing test mode feature. If you want to collect exact shipping charges for all of your shipping zones and create specific rules for users based on tags as well this app will get it done.

I used this app to create flat rate shipping. I also used it to trigger free shipping after 50 items were added to the cart. It even let me trigger free shipping for the entire cart once certain products were added. I had some issues getting some things configured because I'm a noob, but the amazing customer support I received through chat made my life so much easier. They got me up and running in minutes when I figured I could be spending hours looking at this.

The app itself is the best shipping app: more powerful, and easier to set. I have tried them all! And most importantly, the support is stellar: they answer fast, and go as deep as necessary in the issue to help you solve them.

This app is great! It has a lot of options for item specific shipping charges and exclusions and can really do anything you need it do, no matter how complicated your shipping is. They are also extremely quick to reply if you need any help, and always come up with inventive solutions to help with anything you need the app to do.

I use this to quote Fedex LTL just like my customer service does. It calculates the number of pallets needed for the job and gets a quote back from fedex. So well thought out with terrific extra features

We use this app integrated with Zapiet Store Pick Up and Delivery to manage our shipping. It is very comprehensive and offers lots of combinations, no matter how complex and ours certainly were. Since shipping, especially for overseas stores, is not straightforward the flexibility this App offers is excellent. But the real value is the absolutely excellent customer support that the team offer. They are responsive, friendly and helpful and will assist in any way they can. Delighted we chose this option. Was the glue that tied everything together.

This is a fantastic app. If you are looking to do any kind of shipping in Shopify with different vendors this is the app you need. You have a lot of control over how the shipping app works. The company is excellent to work with. You will not be disappointed.

Our shipping requirements are very complicated and Shopify's restrictive, frustrating postage calculations were driving us crazy. Intuitive Shipping is a brilliant app that solved all of our problems easily. It is simple to set up but if you need help, Joel is always on hand. He answered all of our emails promptly and helped set up the more complicated shipping scenarios and ensured everything we had set up was working effectively. We just installed this to replace a discontinued Canada Post app. The setup was really quick, with minimal hassle, and we had the app ready to go live within the hour. I really appreciate the Intuitive staff checking my settings and making sure everything was done correctly - that's a level of support that goes above and beyond.

We have recently started expanding our delivery to use multiple outsource companies as well as our own fleet, as such we needed a way to be able to create rates to cover every outcome based on weight, price, same day vs future delivery, different rates per area/post codes, our drivers vs outsource & in multiple combinations of these This app has made that all possible. Joel was also extremely helpful with also adding in the ability for us to tie the rate in with with Zapiet's Store Pickup & Delivery app so we could create rates based on if the order was shipping today or not shipping today. This way we only ever show the 1 relevant rate to the customer instead of them seeing a bunch of options and selecting the wrong one. This app seems to have you covered for whatever rate setup you may need to create.

This has been the best App!! The support and setup were easy and if I had any problem even if it was something that went wrong with Shopify over the weekend, they helped fix it ASAP. Truly the best App and support I have worked with.
