Inventory Planner has streamlined our ordering process. It is so clear to see what's selling through, what needs ordered and what's not selling. The filtering is endless so you can keep going deeper and deeper into searches and really refine what you are after. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants clearer visibility about their stock, sales and trends

We've been using this app for about 2 years and we cannot imagine living without it anymore! :-) We have made some major changes recently and it took us a while to get everything set up. Anyway, the support is very helpful and patiently walked us through all the settings. Our special thanks goes to Chan personally! We can only recommend this app.

We have been using inventory planner for about 6 months now and I don't see how we can function without. There's a lot of functionality to this program and yes it will take a minute to get a good grasp on it but once you do, you'll be glad you are using it. There is good support documentation with videos and tech support has been great. The onboarding team is great as well. They know the software inside and out. It's extremely powerful. Inventory forecasting and planning is complicated in general so you need a software program that can handle it, and this one does the trick. It's not cheap, we spend $20K a year but it's worth it. Look at it as hiring a data analytics person on the team for 20K. Not only that, it will help you manage your inventory purchases, so you're not over or under ordering stock. We have 13 retail locations and we use it extensively for generating stock transfers to our stores from our warehouse. No more guessing on how much inventory to send to a store. There is also a nice feature that will automatically generate stock transfers and purchases orders on a schedule you configure. I have it set to place them in draft mode and run weekly. Then I can approve or make edits to them before sending it to the warehouse to fill. This has saved us countless hours. The support has been great too. There has been several times I need a certain functionality and they were able to accommodate it, not in every case but 90% of the time. Just like any software, it's not 100% when forecasting, sometimes you need to use your judgement. The more data it collects over time, the smarter it gets. The software is not for everyone but if you have multiple retail locations / warehouses or just need a better way to manage your inventory purchases so you aren't over stocking, then I would recommend checking this one out. It's a great way to help streamline your operations. If they had inventory management or WMS tied into this, this would make it even more powerful.

This is next stage analytics for demand forecasting. Forget the negative reviews, yes it is complicated but you need this complication to account for all demand factors! Suggestion: make also an app for sales analytics.

So far, we have been very impressed with the technical support, training and capabilities of the Inventory Planner! We had an incredible training process with a very helpful and competent member of the Inventory App team. This has prepared us well for utilizing the app for our specific business context!

This app is FLAWLESS for Inventory Buying and Stock Management. So many powerful tools in here that drives stock efficiency and reduce admin headaches. Fully featured, has excellent support, customizable, and is an indispensible growth tool.

I love this app. I can't even imagine how I would have grown my 3 location business without it. My only complaint is that the fee went up a bit but I cannot complain when I've doubled my sales and cut my inventory management workload down to a few hours per week vs a few hours per day. This app is a must to have the product available when customers want it or you are missing out on sales.

Good inventory planning tool, forecasting works good based on historical data and has manual adjustment options. The ability to connect several warehouses is good. Good self service guides and documentaiton.

We recently moved our warehouses and Inventroy Planner has supported us perfectly. All our sales history was migrated at the agreed time and in an extremely smooth and uncomplicated way. This App has saved us an incredible amount of time and money. The accurate and customizable forecasting ensures that you have what you need when you need it, while also limiting overstock. Purchase orders take much less time and time is money! Additionally the bundles, purchase orders, many other services provided by Inventory Planner will do things in the background that we were doing all manually before. It's worth every penny!

We've been using Inventory Planner for over 6 months now and it has been an amazing asset for us. It's saved us a lot of time in doing the forecasting for us and has helped us make much better, faster inventory decisions. I've reached out several times for help, and they've always been extremely responsive and super helpful. Tons of features to use, but you can really utilize as much or as little as you want to make it helpful for your needs. Highly recommend!

So far one of the best apps to keep control of your inventory on multiple platforms and do internal transfer from your warehouse to others. It is easy to use, and it provides helpful reports. The customer service and technical support team are great, they always answer to your questions in a short time with a good solution to your situation. This app has made our daily operation simpler and better.

We've been using IP for 2+ years now and support is always top notch and they're always developing new features. Can't say enough about how great they are!

First, the support is great. Which is good, because at first glance the app appears complicated. But, it's really a swiss-army knife of inventory management, so you can get into the weeds if you want, or, as we do, just do basic management and forecasting, together with PO creation. We originally had it tied into Shopify, but since we just outsourced to a 3PL, it's tied in there now, which makes it even more useful, since the inventory levels are far more accurate :-)

Total game changer!!! We have lots of products that take 40 days to get, and we were always running out, ordering too late or too much. Inventory Planner sees the "sales velocity" of each product and alerts us to when and how many we need to order. Totally takes away the stress and anxiety of the ordering/forecasting. Theres also a great dashboard that shows you a graphic of your current inventory at its retail and cost price. So the $20k credit card bill isn't so scary when you easily see that you have $50k MSRP product to sell.. You can view all the data in a very simple form or really nerd out. I rarely right reviews, but this one needed to be shared!! I honestly just had to look back at the price.. I thought it was $150, but now see its $99 per month. Saves us from over ordering thousands per month so it's a total "no brainer" and you will forget what it costs. Cheers to success!!

We love Inventory Planner. We have been using inventory planner for many years and find it user friendly and don't know what we would do without it.

I would highly recommend Inventory Planner. It synced seamlessly with our store and has allowed us to data to make more intelligent decisions on merchandising, purchase orders and costing. If you are new to DTC like us, may require a little upfront time to learn, but worth the time. If you ever get stuck or have an issue the chat and in-person support has been exceptional.
