Inventory Planner is great. Works very well, integration to Shopify is well thought out. Support is top notch.

A very clever app that has clearly been put together with a lot of thought by some smart people. I haven't been using it long, so I have a feeling 'full-blown wow' will happen in future, but I keep finding things that make sense, and make my life a lot easier. I love the way when I place an order, it tells me how much I still have to order before I get to that supplier's minimum order, for example. Apart from the very clever forecasting (takes into account out of stock days when looking at sales performance - yay), it's this clever touches that save time and make working a bit more of a pleasure.

So glad we found Inventory Planner. We used to manually forecast and predict our stock levels which was always inaccurate. We love it's easy to use like Shopify. It feels the same (if not better) which is great for our team to integrate with. Thanks to Bassel for onboarding us and answering multiple questions with tricky stock setups. We've now been using it for a few months and will be customers forever! Looking forward to integrating with our Amazon FBA soon too.

This app turned calculating how much to order from hours to literally 10min. Uploaded 2 years of sales data in 5 minutes. Easy import and export of data. Great integration with Shopify to grab product data and update received inventory. Then it drops the PO into QBO to make reconciling and paying the invoice a breeeeze. We had a number of use cases that required tweeks to the app and they were always open to ideas and delivered tweeks quickly. We purchase about 1300 unique items that are sold in about 3000 variants from nearly 100 vendors. Great value and looking forward to future options to order by the case and set case pricing! Thank you everyone at inventory planner. Been using this app for a year now......once you understand how it works the interface is so informative.....so not only does it recommend wha t you should buy to can see and adjust all the information and forecast settings impacting that recommendation. Before we had 2 people doing purchasing.....now we can do purchasing in 2 hours. Perhaps the best part of this app is the team behind the scenes. Jill is amazing and they actually listen to product improvement ideas and implement them. Not the normal......we'll add it to the list and then nothing every happens. One of the best value apps we have discovered.

We have used this app for almost three years. At first, it was a pain because there were long wait times for a response and things were constantly changing. But those changes have been made for ease of use and understanding! Now we can not get enough of IP. My favorite feature is the robust reporting tool and the ability to see snapshots of inventory at any given point. Highly recommend!

Love this app, a must have when you carry inventory and need to do forecasting / projection. The support is phenomenal Jill is the best, she comes back with answer very fast and always try to make sure you are 100% satisfy.

The layout is very user-friendly, the support team is surprisingly prompt and helpful, and the features are next-level. This is more efficient and navigable than Stocky, and at the same time more flexible and detailed. A superior product.

The best inventory planning application with fast support. If you have an issue their technical team immediately gets it escalated and fixed. Excellent communication and the app is the key to successful inventory planning.

This app is a must have for any E-commerce store. We tried it out on one of our several stores and are now using it for every store. Shopify is missing so many aspects to properly plan, merchandise or buy and Inventory planner picks up the slack, making a huge difference with proper inventory levels and stock oversight.

This is the best inventory planning/management app I have ever used! It impresses me more and more every day. Their customer support is probably the best of any Shopify app i've used. (Jill is amazing) Keep doing what you're doing Inventory Planner!

We have only recently begun using Inventory Planner, but they have been instrumental in dialing in our replenishment process for both our online store, as well as our new Amazon Seller Central account. The best part of the app is the team that comes with it. They are friendly, knowledgable and always happy to help you refine your store to work best for your business!

This app has taken my inventory management to a whole new level. What used to be many spreadsheets, complicated hours and hours of work. And a process that could not be delegated easily. Inventory planner has streamlined, simplified, and allowed me to confidently delegate. I have multiple warehouses, and FBA. I also have tons of variations for each product and this system does it all. Jill's amazing onboarding and support is a huge bonus and is the best fastest support I have ever received. Couldn't recommend any higher!

This App has been great for us to better manage how we order inventory. Jill has been extremely helpful onboarding us and still helps us with any questions we have 1yr later! Claire also made us a custom solution that we really needed. Great team and great app. Highly recommended.

This app is amazing. Within minutes I had so much data at my finger tips that I only wish I would have added the app sooner! I love the fact that the app tells me when to re-order which SKU and if I don't it will show me the profit I stand to lose. This is just one of the several amazing features I love.

Placing POs used to be one of the more painful parts of running my business. I'd use spreadsheets and sales data to estimate future sales. Since using Inventory Planner, ordering inventory has become SO much easier. I spend a tenth of the time that I used to and my inventory has become much more efficient because inventory planner is better at predicting sales than my spreadsheets. Highly highly recommended

Hi to anyone looking for the best inventory app available for Shopify. I have a very ''strangely'' configured B2B store, for really specific needs. I have tried all other inventory apps, and nothing was even close to what I was looking for. -Easy to access and precise Inventory Data, any data and graph for products, collections, brands, vendors, for any period of time, and also easy to use ''compare-to-date''. -Easy to access and precise Forecasting for products, but also collection of products I am probably their worst customer because my store is soooo tweaked-up, I had to request over 20 special configurations/modifications, sometimes major ones, but they've always responded quickly, very effectively, and so professionally. Many thanks to this incredible team !

I've been using Inventory Planner for a month now and it's truly an amazing solution to filling a key part of the ecommerce jigsaw. There's nothing quite like it in the competitive marketplace. As a read-only inventory management platform, it slots straight in to my existing workflow without the need for the huge reshuffle required of moving to DEAR/Unleashed/TradeGecko/Stitch/Brightpearl. It blows any of the cheaper inventory stocktake / COGS apps currently available on the Shopify app store right out of the water. I've just spent months battling with accounting and inventory management issues as a result of my own store's growing pains. Trying to do atomic inventory in QBO? Forget it. All the Shopify<->QBO communication apps? A crapshoot. Non stop problems, gotchas, walking on eggshells. And then along comes Inventory Planner - the right tool for the job. Without the anal accounting restrictions of a double entry accounting package, it handles pre-orders and difficult order-fulfillment-invoice patterns without breaking a sweat. Bundles and virtual kits? No problamo, it now even distributes virtual profit based on the relative prices of component SKUs. SKUs as unique identifiers? And Variant IDs as well? No drama. Multi currency? Separate vendor costs and landed costs? Too easy. Where every other solution I evaluated had show stopping problems, Inventory Planner's more "free form" approach gave me exactly what I needed: * Profit sliced by date, category, vendor * Periodic stocktake and COGS, complete with granular XLS export of the figures * Beautiful monthly graphs of revenue, profit, sales, inventory count and value * Intelligent re-ordering advice, complete with per-variant control over unexpected or irregular sales events, and days when I was sold out * Context relevant bundle/virtual kit analysis * Pre-orders no problem * Fair pricing On top of that, the developers have been lightning fast to fix any bugs and implement suggestions. I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this product deserves all the support it should get as it's a truly unique offering in the space. No frills, all results.

We love Inventory Planner. The app itself is easy to use and provides all the additional inventory management support we need, and the customer service/support has been phenomenal.
