I have been using this app for nearly 6 years, to integrate the inventory on 2 stores. I have now added a 3rd store and Synkro has to work between all 3, but only on selected SKU's The app is superb, has never let me down, and works just as it should. I have reached out for support only once or twice over the years and this has been quick, efficient, and effective. What more can you want from something, this app is a great find and I'll continue to use it for years to come.
Synkro has been a life saver. It works well for both inventory sync and order sync between our two stores. It helped save us a ton of time with integration with our warehouse for getting orders out. Synkro is an excellent tool for maintaining two websites in real time while keeping inventory and pricing under control. In our case, we run both a retail and wholesale website, and Synkro has made it much easier to sync inventory between the two stores and adjust pricing efficiently. The app works very well for our needs, but what truly stands out is the customer service. Eric has been fast, reliable, and extremely helpful throughout the setup process. The app itself is solid and reliable, but Eric’s support is what makes Synkro 5 stars. He was extremely responsive and helped us with several small tweaks and custom settings that we couldn't find elsewhere.
