Synkro: Inventory Sync

This app has fundamentally changed our business. Eric has be an absolute joy to work with. We have had countless 1:1 support meetings, where he had handled each of our requests thoroughly. He is very timely with all support responses and has even developed several custom tailed settings specific to our store. A phenomenal app and an even better owner. Thank you for all that you do!

Started using this app a few months ago to sync a subset of products across 2 stores with multiple markets - so far so good. And their support team is responsive, helpful and kind!

5 stars – Synkro does exactly what we needed We run several jewelry stores on Shopify and needed to keep products and inventory in sync between our main store and a sister store, without maintaining the same catalogue twice. Synkro does exactly that, and it does it reliably. Setup wasn't entirely plug and play in our case, but that was on us: we came from a platform migration and had a fair amount of mess in our SKUs, plus products that only existed in one of the stores. This is where the support turned out to be decisive. Eric has replied quickly, taken the time to understand our specific setup, and helped us through the whole cleanup instead of just pointing us to a help article. That is well above what you normally get on the App Store. The app itself delivers what it promises: the master store owns the product data, and changes carry through to the connected store without us having to think about it. It has saved us a lot of hours of duplicate work. Highly recommended, both the app and the people behind it.

I have been using this app for nearly 6 years, to integrate the inventory on 2 stores. I have now added a 3rd store and Synkro has to work between all 3, but only on selected SKU's The app is superb, has never let me down, and works just as it should. I have reached out for support only once or twice over the years and this has been quick, efficient, and effective. What more can you want from something, this app is a great find and I'll continue to use it for years to come.

Synkro has been a life saver. It works well for both inventory sync and order sync between our two stores. It helped save us a ton of time with integration with our warehouse for getting orders out. But the best part is the support. We got great information for our initial setup, plus fast support when we've had questions or issues. Highly recommended
