Synkro has been a life saver. It works well for both inventory sync and order sync between our two stores. It helped save us a ton of time with integration with our warehouse for getting orders out. But the best part is the support. We got great information for our initial setup, plus fast support when we've had questions or issues. Highly recommended
This is a great app and an even better support team. We have been using Synkro for over 2 years with up to 40 sites to keep in line and the app never missed a beat. The support team will entertain all special requests or unique requirement and work with you to meets your needs. I highly recommend this app for anyone the needs to track, sync inventory, manage pricing (with or without rules per site), and product data consistency.
Synkro is an excellent tool for maintaining two websites in real time while keeping inventory and pricing under control. In our case, we run both a retail and wholesale website, and Synkro has made it much easier to sync inventory between the two stores and adjust pricing efficiently. The app works very well for our needs, but what truly stands out is the customer service. Eric has been fast, reliable, and extremely helpful throughout the setup process. He helped us configure everything correctly and made sure the system worked efficiently for our business. If you are running multiple Shopify stores and need a dependable way to manage inventory, pricing, and product updates, Synkro is a great solution. Highly recommended.
The app itself is solid and reliable, but Eric’s support is what makes Synkro 5 stars. He was extremely responsive and helped us with several small tweaks and custom settings that we couldn't find elsewhere.

Synkro is an essential tool for managing multi-store, multi-region operations. It allowed us to sync real-time inventory across stores by DC, which simplified inventory allocation and maximized availability by market based on demand rather than rules. It has created opportunities for operational efficiency as well by automatically syncing product and collection metafield data and assets across stores, which minimized manual setups and maintenance. It's provided a higher level of confidence in day-to-day operations while saving time. We had been struggling for ages to find a working system for sharing stock and reporting sales between our shop and another shop that we work closely with. Every other product we tried nearly got there but was let down by one thing or another. In desperation really we tried Synkro and now we have a great solution. Don't be put off by the basic and tricky to use UI... what underlays this is a very sophisticated system that works. Where we wanted tweaks and features that were not in the standard system Synkro made them happen for us without hassle and in speedy time. We moved to Synkro a few months back from another app and we LOVE Synkro! We FINALLY found something that does everything we need. What it does for us: Syncs across multiple Shopify Stores; Syncs across MULTIPLE LOCATIONS within those Shopify Stores; Easily duplicates (clones) products across these stores. Not only that though - it can also clone the metafield information which is amazing! This saves us so much time. The app support is also first class!
Great support, does what it states will do. Eric is fantastic and quick in delivering customized solutions, he goes above and beyond. Great customer service!
