I'd really like to appreciate this app for syncing products between my 2 stores of the shopify. And the on-boarding process with the support team is really seamless and easy. The support team is always available to help their customer and on top of that they do the everything from there end, which many of the support guys don't. It was really very good experience with synkro so far. Their app, their support and everything. Looking forward to work more with the synkro team. Cheers to them

This is the third synchronization app we install on our stores and FINALLY....with this app it works on all our stores :-). In addition, this app has MUCH more attractive and essential features such as clone products and not least synchronization of METATAGS. If you are looking for a synchronization app that really delivers what they write in the app, you can stop looking now. And if the app you are looking for does not have synchronization of Metatags, then it is a clear dealbreaker. This app works 200%. And when you are served from the support with Eric new features that you did not know you needed, you feel both seen and understood. I am impressed with this one and finally someone has thought a little when they create features that we who run stores really need. Thank you

I can't believe I struggled for over a year with our old app that constantly missed inventory updates, causing us to oversell and creating customer service headaches. I installed Synkro with Eric's help, and after a month using it across 4 stores I'm so happy. Finally I'm confident that my inventory won't oversell, and have saved hours of inventory balancing. I would highly recommend Eric and his app. He is a shining star in the world of customer service and actually understands how inventory works in Shopify, and could answer all of the detailed questions I had (some before I even asked them).

I truly wish you had reached out earlier, as I can assure you this feature is designed to work reliably, and I’d be more than happy to assist in resolving the issue. It’s possible there might have been some confusion about Synkro’s "reactive" syncing behavior. This approach ensures that inventory changes are synced only when they occur and only for the specific items affected. However, for the system to work seamlessly moving forward, an initial "full store sync" is often necessary to align inventory locations across all products. Additionally, other factors—such as disabled inventory locations within Synkro settings—can also impact syncing. Please don’t hesitate to email me at [email protected] for personalized assistance. We've used a couple of different inventory syncing apps in the past and all have had some sort of limitation that made our internal team's process a bit more manual for example not working with locations or not syncing variant level metafields but we are honestly so glad we found Synkro! Not only does it tick all of the boxes for our requirements but Eric also jumped on a call to help run us through the onboarding and made sure it was all set up perfectly. This was really important as our stores are all live and transacting so a safe transition from our old app to Synkro was something we were originally worried about but it all worked perfectly! Thank you Synkro team!

This is THE Inventory sync app. Not only does it sync inventory. BUT it syncs all the product fields you can think of. Price, Images, tags... you name it. Customer service goes above and beyond. Eric took hours out of his day to help implement my MANY requests. Not just THE app you need, but the team you need. Would Recommend others to stop looking. As I already looked have... Just trying to help.

Eric is fantastic, He has helped us with tracking our inventory across our entire store. We buy products in bulk that are sold as with adhesive and without adhesive. So when a product is sold with, it takes the inventory from the "without adhesive" as well so we always know exactly where were at in inventory levels! Great owner, great help. Highly recommend

We’ve been using this app to synchronize our stock across several Shopify stores, and it has been an absolute lifesaver. The app is incredibly easy to set up and configure. It seamlessly syncs inventory between our stores, saving us a ton of manual work and reducing the risk of stock discrepancies. It's cheaper and more reliable than other apps we've tested.

After extensive testing, we have been using the app for some time now and are 100% satisfied. Eric gave us extensive support at the beginning, so the setup went very smoothly. He has also been very quick and helpful with any queries since then. In fact, the app can do even more than we understood from the description. For us, it is now an indispensable tool for working efficiently with 2 stores: Products are maintained in the main store and all orders are imported into it and fullfilled from there. The time savings are enormous. We are currently setting up a third Shopify store, which we will operate in the same way. Thanks to Eric, the setup is already complete, apart from a few minor details that came up afterwards. Highly recommended!
