Very good app to synchronize if you have multiple stores and Eric has been very healpful everytime I had a question, he solved it very fast.

Great for sharing inventory while our trade shows are going on! Selling and adjusting inventory is super easy with Synkro and the customer service is excellent.

This was the only app that I've found that lets you sync inventory between your two locations within shopify. 10/10

I truly wish you had reached out earlier, as I can assure you this feature is designed to work reliably, and I’d be more than happy to assist in resolving the issue. It’s possible there might have been some confusion about Synkro’s "reactive" syncing behavior. This approach ensures that inventory changes are synced only when they occur and only for the specific items affected. However, for the system to work seamlessly moving forward, an initial "full store sync" is often necessary to align inventory locations across all products. Additionally, other factors—such as disabled inventory locations within Synkro settings—can also impact syncing. Please don’t hesitate to email me at [email protected] for personalized assistance. We've used a couple of different inventory syncing apps in the past and all have had some sort of limitation that made our internal team's process a bit more manual for example not working with locations or not syncing variant level metafields but we are honestly so glad we found Synkro! Not only does it tick all of the boxes for our requirements but Eric also jumped on a call to help run us through the onboarding and made sure it was all set up perfectly. This was really important as our stores are all live and transacting so a safe transition from our old app to Synkro was something we were originally worried about but it all worked perfectly! Thank you Synkro team!

Just downloaded the app to deal with some syncing issues on my Shopify store - works great. I had a few questions and they were answered clearly and promptly. Well worth the purchase.

Eric is fantastic, He has helped us with tracking our inventory across our entire store. We buy products in bulk that are sold as with adhesive and without adhesive. So when a product is sold with, it takes the inventory from the "without adhesive" as well so we always know exactly where were at in inventory levels! Great owner, great help. Highly recommend

We’ve been using this app to synchronize our stock across several Shopify stores, and it has been an absolute lifesaver. The app is incredibly easy to set up and configure. It seamlessly syncs inventory between our stores, saving us a ton of manual work and reducing the risk of stock discrepancies. It's cheaper and more reliable than other apps we've tested.

After extensive testing, we have been using the app for some time now and are 100% satisfied. Eric gave us extensive support at the beginning, so the setup went very smoothly. He has also been very quick and helpful with any queries since then. In fact, the app can do even more than we understood from the description. For us, it is now an indispensable tool for working efficiently with 2 stores: Products are maintained in the main store and all orders are imported into it and fullfilled from there. The time savings are enormous. We are currently setting up a third Shopify store, which we will operate in the same way. Thanks to Eric, the setup is already complete, apart from a few minor details that came up afterwards. Highly recommended!

Outstanding app. User interface takes some getting used to (although this is getting an overhaul soon, but Eric responds super quickly to any questions and can configure the app for you to exactly how you need, Highly Recommend!

Haven't used the app much. But that's because we don't have to. Synkro keeps our inventory accurate across all of our Shopify stores in real time 24/7. We just set it and forget it. Updating inventory via a csv file is supported. Which is very helpful for us since we use QuickBooks Desktop. The app can also clone products and keep other info in sync. We have yet to use that feature but we are confident it will work flawlessly. And finally, customer support is amazing.

This app is incredible. We spent hours entering orders, invoice and clients and updating products in between different Shopify stores and this app eliminates all of that work.

I use a drop shipment for some of my gifts on my website and this app is great! It allows for automatic updates from the drop shipper. Very helpful and I would highly recommend.

The best product syncing app available, has multiple different ways it can be used and can be set up in a way that suits you. Eric is very helpful and knowledgeable, and will go out of his way to help you with the setup and any additional queries. Would highly recommend!

I don't usually write reviews, but Synkro solved a ton of problems we have had for a long time. Although we had very specific requirements that the app isn't usually made for, Eric was able to customize it to our needs. You will not find better support on any other app. Would highly recommend you reach out to the support team if you have any issues as they are always ready to help!
