First of all, I have to write that I was amazed with the help I got from Eric! It is obvious Synkro is investing in customer care and support as well as technical improvements. I have tried many synchronizations apps for shopify stores. I just started to use Synkro but it looks like I finally found the solution to synchronize my stores. The app offers many different settings and personalized options. I recommend you book your a video call session and get help from Eric to fully take advantage of it. :)

I've been using this app to sync inventories across two of my stores, and it works really well. Eric and the support team have been really attentive and responsive right from the start. This is the top inventory sync app on Shopify for linking multiple stores, with instant updates and a starter plan that covers up to 1000 products. Considering the outstanding support, it's an incredible value!

If you are wanting to sync the inventory of two or more stores within Shopify, like me, then Synkro is for you. I'm so glad I've found this app for my B2C and B2B stores that I can't recommend it enough. Eric and the support team are super attentive and helped me on the set up from the first moment. Syncing with other stores and marketplaces has been difficult for us but Synkro was super easy, and support is very responsive. I love how quickly everything syncs between stores, there is no waiting period for things to register.

This app does exactly what we need it to do and so much more. This app gives you the flexibility of customizing exactly what you want to sync, whether that be inventory via barcodes (and nothing more) or the ability to drill down and sync very specific product data. It is a wonderful app for folks who have both a retail site and a wholesale site. It allows you to work a two way inventory sync, but have different information on the product pages, relevant to your customer type. Eric has by far the best customer service I have experienced in quite a long time. He has been patient with us in clarifying the best ways our business could use this app. The one on one service is quite extraordinary. We will be lifelong users of this application and we couldn't recommend it more highly. Our sincere hope is that this development company will expand their suite of apps so we can use them for all of our application needs. We would use them for everything if we could, the app functionality, interface and customer service is that outstanding.

I never write reviews, but Synkro was a total game changer for us. As the owner of multiple region-specific D2C and B2B stores, Synkro has saved us a LOT of time by keeping both our products and collections in sync across the board. We've also had some very specific requests and challenges for the team, who have always been extremely helpful (and super quick) and always work with us to find a solution. I would recommend Synkro to anybody.

I'm so happy that Synkro has a solution for my inventory. I wanted to offer my customers the option of collecting their orders at an event I will be participating in. Now, I can offer this option because I can propose my inventory to any point of sale where the customer will collect their order. This is a plus for my customers and a huge advantage for me. I don't have to move inventory to each spot; it just goes automatically. Today, I needed information and support, and my problem was resolved within an hour! Yé!! I'm so glad they were available and so helpful! I highly recommend them! - Je suis tellement heureuse que Synkro ait une solution pour cueillette de commande à mes évènements. Je voulais offrir à mes clients la possibilité de récupérer leur commande lors d'un événement auquel je vais participer. Maintenant, je peux offrir cette option car je peux proposer mon inventaire à n'importe quel point de vente où le client récupérera sa commande. Muy buena app, te ayuda a duplicar inventario y puedes hacer formulas para los precios de tu nueva tienda de forma individual, por grupo de productos o establecer solo una formula en general. Lo mejor fue la atención de Eric, muy pero muy buena atención. Todo lo que necesites te lo resuelve y ayuda rapido, ya sea por correo o por videollamada. Excelente.

Overall the functions are perfect and I recommend the free 30-minute introductory meeting to get a first overview and support by the first steps. Haven´t had such professional, quick, and friendly support for a long time. The way of dealing with customers and their challenges is more than outstanding above all even compared with all the other support we got over the last few years from other suppliers. This makes "working with Syncho" already a personal success for our team.

It has been a year-long journey searching for the perfect multi-store app, and we think we've finally found it! Far easier and far more intuitive than anything else we've tried, and the customer service has been incredible. Early on, we flagged an issue we were having with certain types of orders syncing, and Eric responded within 12 hours and had the solution created within a couple of days.
