We’ve been using Invoice Hero in our Shopify store and the experience has been excellent so far. The app works reliably and does exactly what we need when it comes to generating and managing invoices. What really stood out to us was the support. Yashika helped us quickly with several custom adjustments to our invoice setup and responded very fast to all our questions. The communication was friendly, professional and solution-oriented. It’s always a big advantage when an app is not only functional but also backed by a support team that truly cares about helping merchants. Special thanks to Yashika for the great support and quick assistance. Highly recommended!

Invoice Hero is easy to use and makes the financial side of running a business seamless. There are plenty of features to create custom invoices. The customer support is EXCELLENT. I had the pleasure of working with Yashkia and she was so helpful - above and beyond. I highly recommend Invoice Hero.

I had trouble editing and printing invoices, which turned out to be a simple popup block fix. Harun helped me solve the problem via a video call, which was really helpful and he managed to fix the issue a lot faster than I would have been able to. Thank you for your assistance Harun.

We've been using this app for a while on the free plan but suddenly an issue came up. Contacted the customer service team and they were incredibly quick to reply. Harun was a great help and really reassuring that things were being investigated. Their dev team were also quick to solve the problem and all is now functioning well again. Definitely excellent customer service. And the app itself does what we need which is generate invoices quickly for customers who request them.
