We use this app to generate invoices for our customers. The service is highly customizable. The customer support is very prompt and pleasant- I received excellent service from Shaba when I had an issue. Much appreciated.

Amazing service and easy to use app! The support from Hero has been great, their team integrated the app very quickly and they respond to any query within seconds, so far everything has been perfect. Would recommend to others.

We are using the app and they have great support that helps you navigate the deep waters of EU regulations, VAT inc and excl. sales and more. Thumbs up for this useful little app at a very reasonable cost!

Easy to load and use. Had a small glitch due to a pop up being blocked, but sorted now thanks to Harun. I'm really busy so didn't action his fix straight away, but he followed up to make sure all was well which prompted me to sort it - it was a small glitch - so thanks vm Harun for doing that :)

Useless app, no customization available, terrible customer service, can't help at all with an absolutely simple task.

Also, the technical team is trying to meet all the expectations of the store owners and readily working to provide all possible customizations for the invoices. However, we are sad to know that your experience of the app was not as expected and your requirements were not fulfilled at the moment. The team is already working on the mentioned customizations and as informed by agent JayaKrishnan it will be available in the upcoming versions of the app very soon. Makes nice looking invoices. Sends the email the way you choose in a simple layout with nice layout options. 2 features id love to see developed is being able to auto send the email to 2 addresses but may be a limit with Shopify. As well as being able to have the discount listed in its own column instead of underneath each price. Customer support answered my messages almost instantly and was super helpful. 24/01/2023 - Updated review to 3 stars. The app is constantly having outages or backed up and cant process your invoice. This means you sometimes have to wait until the next day to send an invoice and this can get missed resulting in unhappy customers. Every time i've contacted support the response is wait until later and re-send. Which is fine a couple times, but after months of not fixing the underlying issue i would no longer recommend using unless you are only using casually or want the invoice automatically sent to all customers.

Having used and looked at a lot of invoicing apps, this one is impressing so far. Great design/layout and sensible pricing, plus features like customer VAT number on the invoice which is quite specialist (on request). Good support. Recommended.

Better than expected! Very quick to set up and has multiple functions that I needed (VAT and tax numbers). Will save me lots of time generating invoices for clients. Branded beautifully and the free option has all that I need
