This app has fast and great customer service. It is easy and extremely affordable. The option to put in a customers' own P/O number for their reference is an extra that I wasn't sure I would be able to find (it carries the note over from the Shopify order into the invoice). Thank you!

I just downloaded Invoice Hero through Shopify this morning, have used it for two invoices and so far I am so pleased! JAYAKRISHNAN popped up on my chat screen immediately and was very helpful.

I was after an invoicing system where I could create a manual order and invoice. I spoke to Jayakrishnan, and he was able to inform me that I can do this manually via Shopify itself. Very quick with the answers for the questions that I had. I would imagine for those that would use this invoicing progrram, they would get very helpful and useful support

I use this app to send invoices to my b2b clients and it works like a charm. Every-time I have something to change or correct, i simply chat with costumer service and they are super helpful!

I made a request to them to make a some changes to the invoice to meet my needs. They did the changes for me in a very short time. They were awesome to deal with and always replied quickly. Awesome Jog Invoice Hero Team!!!

Prompt assistance and my issue were resolved :) I wanted to include a link in the notification email to access the invoice. I couldn't see this option in the app. I was provided a code for the notification box which solved the issue. Happy Customer :)

Ich bin wirklich begeistert über die App und die Arbeit von Harun. Ich hatte das große Problem, dass meine Rechnungen für 2022 die falsche IBAN hatten und dank seiner Hilfe konnte ich per Videocall innerhalb 15 Min das Problem lösen. Mega leistung, vielen Dank Harun!

Really neat the invoices are. I needed some changes done according to my business and the customer support was really quick in resolving the issue. Really happy with the app and specially with the customer support :)
