I use this app to send invoices to my b2b clients and it works like a charm. Every-time I have something to change or correct, i simply chat with costumer service and they are super helpful!

I made a request to them to make a some changes to the invoice to meet my needs. They did the changes for me in a very short time. They were awesome to deal with and always replied quickly. Awesome Jog Invoice Hero Team!!!

Highly recommend this app! We used Invoice Hero to create beautiful looking Invoices for our Shopify business. It is such an easy app to use and they have online chat help ready to go! Sonali was super helpful and responded to my requests so promptly> Thanks Invoice Hero!

Prompt assistance and my issue were resolved :) I wanted to include a link in the notification email to access the invoice. I couldn't see this option in the app. I was provided a code for the notification box which solved the issue. Happy Customer :)

We use this app to generate invoices for our customers. The service is highly customizable. The customer support is very prompt and pleasant- I received excellent service from Shaba when I had an issue. Much appreciated.

We are using the app and they have great support that helps you navigate the deep waters of EU regulations, VAT inc and excl. sales and more. Thumbs up for this useful little app at a very reasonable cost!

We tried to use this app to generate invoices for our store. Unfortunately there is a fundamental flaw where if you add an overall discount to an order, the app then amortises that discount across ALL line items and shows it accordingly without any way to change how it shows this. This is a problem for our clients and us for many reasons as it shows incorrect pricing paid per line item, which can impact insurance values, claims and more. The apps developers do not understand the issue behind this and aren't willing to fix it. Could be a good app, but if you do custom discounts per order then look elsewhere.

Easy to load and use. Had a small glitch due to a pop up being blocked, but sorted now thanks to Harun. I'm really busy so didn't action his fix straight away, but he followed up to make sure all was well which prompted me to sort it - it was a small glitch - so thanks vm Harun for doing that :)

Useless app, no customization available, terrible customer service, can't help at all with an absolutely simple task.

Also, the technical team is trying to meet all the expectations of the store owners and readily working to provide all possible customizations for the invoices. However, we are sad to know that your experience of the app was not as expected and your requirements were not fulfilled at the moment. The team is already working on the mentioned customizations and as informed by agent JayaKrishnan it will be available in the upcoming versions of the app very soon.
