Absolutely perfect. We have a lot of custom bundles in our store, and the custom meta field tool allows our shipping team to pack those without issue.

iPacky has been perfect for our small business. With the free plan it has allowed us to test out the features. The main reason I got it was so I could have the bin locations for all of my products easily accessible. It has also been really helpful to print picking lists with the bin locations shown in the list. If I ever had any issues, the support team has been really good at reaching out and solving the problem!

Excellent app, and at a very fair price. Although some of the UX is a little clunky, iPacky excels at what it's supposed to do - run a clean, streamlined picking and packing process.

We have been using Ipacky for a little over a year now, and it is an amazing stepping stone app for businesses who want to introduce barcodes and scanning into their business without the need for a completely digitalised pick and pack system. It works seamlessly with Shopify, Starshipit and our WMS system. David is super helpful and is always willing to make changes to the app to better suit your businesses needs. We have completely eliminated human error in our dispatch system due to this.

Great app. It's streamlined our packing process, eliminated errors and made order fulfilment simple and efficient . The barcode scanning and reports give us full confidence in every order.

iPacky has been instrumental at our warehouse! It allows us to minimize our mispicks, while easily keeping tracking of lot numbers. I also enjoy the analytics that it provides. Easy to use and great support from their team - highly recommend!

We've been using this app for several months now and we are more than happy with it. The set up was easy and straightforward. ipacky has been great in streamlining operation in terms of order packing and order fulfilment. And it has been a helpful service that integrates with Sendcloud offering 3PL services, lacking within Sendcloud

The app works as it should and I haven't had any issues with its functionality. My only thought is the UI is a little hard to look at, and if they designed it in a way that was similar to the already familiar Shopify UI, it would be perfect.

Easy to set up and use. This helped us reduce errors with our order packing. I went in and replaced the stock error sound with a clip of flatulence I found, and that has really improved morale among the team; would recommend.

We've been using iPacky since 2023, and it has been highly effective in helping us maintain organization within our inventory. While the dashboard and admin interface weren’t the most user-friendly at first, the customer service and instructional videos made everything clear and easy to navigate. There are many features we haven’t utilized yet at our small business level, so it’s great to know there’s room to grow with this app. For our setup, we use an Android-based device with a scanner and rely on iPacky for every order we pick. This has significantly reduced order errors and made it easier for new employees to locate our diverse range of products, thanks to product location feature. We’re very happy with iPacky and plan to continue using it!
