iTrack a littéralement transformé l’expérience client sur ma boutique. L’intégration est ultra simple, l’interface est propre et professionnelle, et mes clients adorent pouvoir suivre leurs commandes en temps réel sans me solliciter. Depuis que j’utilise iTrack, j’ai vu une nette diminution des demandes de support liées aux délais de livraison, ce qui me fait gagner un temps précieux. Le support technique est également très réactif et à l’écoute, ce qui est rare !

Application très intuitive, facile à prendre en main. La configuration est simple à mettre en place et la fonction de traduction est un vrai plus. Un 5 étoiles mérité !

visualmente es linda. Pero en el plan gratis hasta cuando se recarga pagina te sube la cuenta de las 50 entradas a la pagina... de todas formas no es lo que buscaba porque no se puedo editar el estado desde mis pedidos... no me sirve. gracias

Ich habe die App installiert, dann kurz wieder Deinstallliert und wollte sie nun wieder verwenden doch jetzt kann ich die nicht mehr downloaden, ich komme in einen Loop bei shopify und es buggt rum.

Is there anything we can possibly do?!!!!! All our other users manage to install the application correctly, maybe you just have a cookie problem. Can you try installing it with another browser?

By far, the best tracking delivery estimation app. It took us less than 2 min to set it up. Big up to the customer support for sending us the right tutorial on how to setup the order tracking. We'll use it on all our stores!
