I was using Typeform but the features I needed (like a button) were locked behind an inaccessible paywall. I am so pleased with Jebbit—it does everything I need it to while being aesthetically pleasing and free, to boot. Really glad I found it. It improves the image of my business. Also, support is amazing. They sent along a whole video tutorial for me. Very helpful as a visual learner.

Jebbit support is top notch. Adrian was very quick to respond and made the support experience personal. Right on the fly, she created a how-to video for me, personally, to assist me in navigating around the issues I was having. Support is definitely set apart from others I've seen!

Maryetta has been an absolute lifesaver during the entire quiz-building process. She was always available to hop on a call to work through any questions or issues I was facing as a new Jebbit user. We launched a new product shortly after launching our first quiz and she helped me plan ahead during the initial build to make it a smooth transition to the updated quiz. Skincare is such a personal recommendation and we were able to nail down the quiz to give the best possible recommendation to our customers. Jebbit quiz look & feel makes for an easy user experience for both our customers taking the quiz and for us to update as changes are needed. The reporting dashboard is straightforward, user-friendly, and has all the information you would need.

I had a bad experience with Octane AI - The support team was bad, they hiked their prices and they started sending disingenuous emails which, frankly, was the last straw. In comparison, the Jebbit support team so far has been top notch and their quiz builder seems to have all the functionality Octane did, if not more. Looking forward to getting more stuck in with this app!

this platform is very easy to use. If you do need support they are very quick to contact and can resolve issues quick. Adrian is amazing she is so sweet and fixes any issues that I have. (which really isn't much or anything serious) She also hopped on a quick call for me to make sure my inquiry gets answered. 10/10 for her!

This is my first time using this app and i was confused at first, with the help of customers service rep Yaya De Angel who created a detailed video example of what my inquiry was about really made it smooth. I will continue to use their service and once my business demands grow i will upgrade for sure
