Happy with the app so far. Prepared my first quiz, was able to make everything I wanted to. I had to try 3 other apps, but each of them was not able to provide everything I wished to have. Some are just product recomendation quizes, some are not flexible and customisable, some are very expensive, some dont have images options and so on. The support was also very helpful and even allowed me to use some of the premium features in my basic plan. Thank you!

I downloaded this app because I needed to create a quick sign up form for a small team I'm creating. The process was super easy and when I had a small issue, (my fault), I was able to contact their live team with them responding immediately. Adrian was a huge help. Excellent customer service, Excellent Product.

This app is great and the support team are so helpful in guiding you through any problems. I made a huge number of mistakes (didn't read the instructions first) and they were very helpful in sending screen share videos of how to resolve the issues or improve the quiz. Highly recommend!

I am rating this app a 5 star not only because I was able to accomplish the exact design and look of a product recommendation quiz that I had imaged, but because of the customer support I received. I worked with a representative, Adrian and she was phenomenal! She provided assistance in every aspect to ensure that I no only designed the best quiz for my customers, but that I also understood each part of the quiz and how it will benefit my brand and my customers! Just started using Jebbit as our new quiz platform. Adrian L. was a rockstar helping us onboard I cannot thank Adrian enough for taking the time and effort into helping my team with the build-out of the quiz. She explained everything to us with videos she created showing us step-by-step how to's or hopped on multiple zoom calls with us to help troubleshoot everything. Never once have we received this in-depth attention from an app! Adrian is a rockstar and looking forward to continuing to work with her!!!!

Excited to get Jebbit quizzes launched on our website! Their support has been extremely helpful getting the app set up and fully integrated with Shopify. They're quick and attentive. Really great build out for the quiz as well with logic that makes it easy to get detailed in custom outcomes.

Jebbit helped upgrade our quiz game 10-fold. We had a beautiful quiz designed for our site but had no way of capturing that data, and it ultimately became very tedious to edit/manage. Jebbit's backend is super user-friendly and for the pieces I couldn't figure out, their team was quick and patient to walk me through what could be done. They've been very accommodating to my team's needs as we've set up our new quiz on their Simple builder, helping us ensure the best possible quiz experience given our budget. Reporting is super clean and easy to read, making it even easier for us to see the results from our move immediately. So excited to be working with them and have such an awesome quiz on-site for customers!

Jebbit was exactly what I was looking for! The app is a bit advance in my opinion but there is always someone ready to help in the chat box. You get a response in a very good timeframe. They go above and beyond to answer you questions, with personalized video tutorials and all.

This app makes it super simple to add quizzes into your marketing arsenal. There are templates of all types that make it easy to implement and creative examples that serve as inspiration for our own funnel. The best support we've experienced from any Shopify app. Everyone from the Jebbit team was happy to help us get up and running quickly, especially Joe. The interface is user-friendly and takes the guesswork out of most things. As a company, we will be using this tool for everything from lead gen to product development. Worth the install just to try them out.

So far, so good. Price seems a little steep at first, until you see that it really does generate a lot of leads if you follow their suggestions for placing the quiz front and center on your homepage and in the top announcement bar. If you follow their suggestions, the quiz really works.

We are still learning to implement this app so I can't speak to its effectiveness in actual use. We have started setting up our first workflow and Jebbit's support team has been incredible. Helpful, prompt, clear and courteous. I couldn't be more pleased so far.
