Good app but You can only have ONE LIVE QUIZ! Or You have to contact them for enterprise plan $500+/month that's insane

We are still learning to implement this app so I can't speak to its effectiveness in actual use. We have started setting up our first workflow and Jebbit's support team has been incredible. Helpful, prompt, clear and courteous. I couldn't be more pleased so far.

This is an incredible App! It managed to meet my needs outside of the standard quiz App that none of the other Apps were able to do. Someone as technically challenged as me was able to create something so beautiful and clean that it looked like a developer had done it. The customer service is amazing, and helped me find my way very quickly. It is extremely useful and easy to navigate. Definitely worth it. I came for the free plan and actual found it worth investing in.

We're about 90 days into 2 quiz's with Jebbit and the returns have been a great assets for our business. We are in a confusing category and helping shoppers start looking at the product options most relevant to them is critical. In the first 30 days after we launched, our product recommender quiz on our homepage we saw that everyone who participated spent more time, bounced less and converted at a higher rate after answering just a few questions about their life and needs. Our second quiz is sent to email marketing database segments in order to gather more first party data around members lifestyle and needs which helps us turn around and improve our communication, personalization and acquisition activity in multiple channels. Ours Shopify app connection helps simplify our feed updates and lock together these 2 key elements of our digital marketing stack. Jebbit's feed based quiz also vastly simplifies the setup and management of our quiz expereinces.
Wow—we LOVE to hear that we're helping your shoppers navigate to the best-match products (with awesome results) *and* help with segmentation of those shoppers for better email marketing! Within two weeks, I grew my email list by 100 subscribers with this Jebbit quiz. Plus, we are making sales from the quiz product recommendations. Highly recommend.

We used this app to give us some valuable insight on new product development via a quiz. Uptake was so high that we intend to feature a Jebbit quiz (which product is right for me?) permanently on our website. Joe and the team have been great to deal with.

I use Jebbit for a hormone imbalance quiz to include on Wynk Nutrition's website. I love that it allows me to make simple yet important design edits, even with the free version! The GIFs really took our quiz to the next level, and I'm stoked to see how it performs. I did have an issue with the final "outcomes" section. Our Shopify product wasn't connecting for some reason, but I messaged their support team through chat and someone got back to me in 10 minutes. This was amazing as it was 12:30am my time when I reached out for support! They were able to connect it for me on their end, and they were super helpful and responsive. I am looking forward to using Jebbit for our next supplement product!

I love this app! The customer service is amazing! Suggested response time is 24 hours, I got a reply in less than 3. The young lady helped me with editing and was willing to assist all my needs! Extremely helpful and easy to navigate. Definitely worth it.

We used this app to create personality quizzes where the end result came with product recommendations - our email subscriber list has tripled in less than a week thanks to Jebbit. Everyone I talked to on their support team has also been super helpful and friendly.

I used this app to help me steer clients to particular products that best suit them and eliminate them from booking products which would not work. Its a bit clunky, and not very customisable, but with the right amount of patience you can create some great functionality in your website for next to nothing. (or completely free with the basic plan).

I used this App to create two different formats of quizzes for gifting and homepage movement. It was easy to use, intuitive, and fun! Once I got the hang of it, it took no time at all to create multiple options. Would definitely recommend :)

I downloaded this app to create a product recommendation quiz. The app didn't connect to my Shopify store; therefore I was not able to upload my products from the site catalogue. I contacted customer service and I was advised there was a bug that is preventing my Shopify store from connecting to my jebbit account. I was asked to delete and re-install the app several times with no luck at all. I am permanently deleting the app.
Hi, Odoraa Team—we're so sorry you experienced issues connecting your store to the Shopify app. I spoke with our customer support team and they confirmed we made a mistake in asking you to re-install more than once (each time we asked after that, we had sincerely thought the bug had been fixed). We should have avoided attempting to confirm the bug fix during the connection process and instead, manually connected your store—a process we will firmly adhere to with all Shopify customers from here on out. I used this app to make a really nice looking quiz, it was easy to do and looked professional. On the occasions where I struggled and needed help, I used the online chat to ask questions, where I had very quick and helpful replies from a friendly person. I very much recommend Jebbit, I'm glad I chose it over some other quiz platforms I was considering!

We started using this app to help us build sales, better understand our customers and build out marketing segments. Additionally, we had some difficulties with the platform and Maryetta was able to help so swiftly it was some of the best customer service I've received. Jebbit has been a great experience thus far. I was interested in integrating a style quiz for my apparel brand, De Vransy Apparel, and I finally decided to use Jebbit for this. Maryetta and the team were quite helpful and they answered all of my questions. I also suggested that they should add phone/text messaging opt-ins and they added them within TWO hours.
